酒店環境很好，交通也挺方便的，離會展中心很近，有路邊可以到達，前台服務熱情周到特別是LUCY，房間乾淨整潔，下次還會來！！！

孩子考試住了一晚房間設施整潔乾淨，前台Mia服務體貼周到，要了水，拖鞋，服務員也沒煩，感受很好，入住也非常迅速，交通便利 ,總體來説很好[強]

前台小軒服務熱情，問什麼問題都耐心解答。早餐豐富多樣，房間舒適，交通便利，周圍環境無噪音。是出差旅居最佳選擇

定的高級雙床房間，圖片顯示有沙發的，但是分配給我的是沒有沙發的，告訴我本酒店沒有幾個有沙發的房間，房間是小的可憐。
1、床單下面都是頭髮，我沒照相也沒找服務員。合計也是在床單下面就算了。
2、枕頭高想要一個矮點枕頭，前台告訴我沒有。
3、沒有小朋友牙刷和拖鞋，差評。
4、早餐桌子還晃頭差點翻桌子，餐具供應不上。
本來我是不想評價的，沒有總提示我評價。反正是哪哪都不好，也不像網上説的哈爾濱有多好。

前台金波服務非常到位，早餐非常可口，房間衞生也非常不錯，酒店走廊還有香氛設施齊全。是一次不錯的入住體驗。

講真，這個酒店肯定不是按照賓館的標準造的，隔音差到不行，也可能是那天樓上的客人太鬧了，我們可以從排風很清晰地聽到樓上講的每一句話…和酒店反映了以後上樓勸阻稍微好點。整體房間還是很大氣的, 家庭房大床和小床、洗手間區域隔的也比較合理，儲物、平時小坐都有很多空間。很遺憾洗手間冷熱水龍頭相反，是安裝師傅太着急看錯了嗎？我們成人在裏面洗澡好像也沒有太大的問題，小朋友一個人不會應變就比較麻煩，如果可以另行標識一下，也不費什麼成本，那就會更加人性化一些。
