The room has very cool decor and a nice big bathtub. It is very close to all the major attractions and you can easily walk to it from the subway. The host responded quickly and made the registration for foreigner guests quick and easy.

Well, the key is in a small lock box outside the hotel so make sure you contact the owner before you arrive in order to confirm your room number and the location and code of the lock box. There's a bath tub but not enough hot water in the geyser for the bath. Lots of trash right outside the buildings front door. Not worth the price

洗手盆那裡一直有個下水道的味道跑出來 躺在床上嗅着那味道 你們覺得還能入睡嗎？
你們自己看看照片吧
辦理入住非常麻煩 外面天那麼冷 還得自己走去找密碼鎖打開拿鑰匙 凍得不要不要的

房間沒得説，都挺好的，老闆回覆也及時，很多人説樓道的問題，一棟樓很多家民宿共用，這個是物業問題，和老闆沒關係。我們定了3晚，但是臨時機票被改簽，不得不提前19號退房，聯繫老闆，老闆説可以幫我們代賣，我們還挺高興的。19號上午也看到攜程房間被掛上來了，晚上在看房間顯示已經下架。想着又賣出去了挺好的，應該能退錢了，第二天問老闆，老闆卻説沒有定出去😓咱也不懂啥套路，衹能認了吧

#好評#對交通方便程度滿意；#負評#對隔音，鄰近店舖失望；新房子 装修好看 味道就是新装修的那种味道！ 很刺鼻 呛人 空调遥控器没找到 导致洗不了澡会冷 送的水 一个是被人打开了 另一个是有脏东西 押金说三点退 结果晚上十点了才退 太累了 买的可以退费的百分之60 70 结果！ 什么**啊 打劫啊乱七八糟的才给退 很无语！

房間很好 裝修也好 這是第二次來沐澤 老客户了 住的放心 帶孩子來也放心

訂房時充滿期待，結果很失望。
1、房間面積：房型介紹裏説面積118平米，實際上和我前一晚入住的户型一模一樣，都在一個單元裏，那家89平米。
2、窗玻璃有碎裂，被褥發潮，浴缸下水口漏水。
3、房型介紹裏説有一張大床一張小床一個榻榻米，我們一家三口感覺這個户型很適合，結果到了發現衹有大床有被褥，問房東，答覆説加一床被褥要60塊錢，***無語了
4、房間裏的免費礦泉水衹給兩瓶，作為一個號稱100多平米、有一張大床一張小床一個榻榻米的房間，兩瓶真的很合理啊。打了電話才給加了一瓶。其實大家都買得起礦泉水，別覺得多給一瓶水是多大的優惠行麼？
5、房東打電話説可以免費加被褥，前提是我要給他五星好評。這樣的房間和服務我能給五星麼？那不是欺騙其他消費者麼？拿房間按金威脅是麼？我不在乎那點錢，要讓網友們看到真相。
常年在各地出差或旅遊，住過的酒店民宿數不勝數，第一次寫這麼多字評論，謝謝這家民宿給我這個機會
