位置交通方便，硬件設施齊全，服務態度很好到位，早餐花樣多，豐富美味可口，值得推薦朋友入住，公共空間明亮

設施陳舊，衞生環境很差，沙發地毯牀板部位都是明顯污漬，牀頭櫃還擦出黑色顆粒物，不知是什麼，洗漱台與馬桶都有明顯黑斑 ，住宿感覺非常不好，早餐一般。衹有地理位置是優點，出行方便。

千萬不要住！空有大酒店的外殼。自來水和洗澡的水一直是黃的，有銹和沙子味，問了客服也衹是説多放一會兒，但放了許久依然如此，衹得用礦泉水刷牙，卻連一瓶礦泉水也不願意多給；其他設施也是相當陳舊，衞生一般。

剛開始訂的普通大床房環境衞生特別差，15樓的服務人員態度惡劣，多要個牙刷都不給，後在前台加100元升級的豪華大床房還可以。早餐豆漿是涼的，不建議入住。最後－張是升級完的房間。

作為哈爾濱昔日酒店中的旗艦，現在的華融更像一個沒落的貴族。第一張圖片和第一個視頻是我12日上午到店領卡打開房間時的情景，如果説這是前台疏忽或協調失誤的話，那麼第二個視頻是我返回前台更換房間後的記錄……高高聳立於哈爾濱市中心的華融，該好好反思一下。

缺點：攜程上訂的給的是老房間，設施老，由於用消毒液，屋裡一直有股臭味，很難受。由於時間久了，枕頭也不鬆軟了，還有味道，很不舒服。優點：地段好，下樓就可以去南崗中心區域溜達，遠大，松雷，秋林，高中低檔全能滿足，還有就是電梯特別快。

設施略有陳舊，屋內開關不太好用，建議改善，原本要住到8日，但由於臨時有事，需退房，因為預訂好不能取消，攜程和酒店協商後，還是很快的解決了問題，謝謝！
