AOLUGUYA Hotel

Lovely stay with exceptional service.. A very pretty hotel which provides unusually long breakfast and supper.. Checking in and out, being assisted by both 小赵 and 小萌 were fuss free! Only one issue that really bothers our stay... The aircon.. Room can be relatively warm.. Otherwise, it's an awesome stay nevertheless.

One of the best hotels, service is top notch, definitely 5 star or more, clean, spacious, complete amenities. We love the breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. View from room is beautiful, big bathtub, and ample space for luggage. We took the shuttle service to Zhong Yang Da Jie and back. Worth the price we paid. Special mentioning of service staff at executive lounge孙婷雨 and front desk Ms 刘，who are professional and always responded to our requests.

We had a great experience in this hotel! The decoration is unusual and very beautiful! The food is very good and all staff is very polite and always ready to help. Mr Brian Chen was very helpful in the information provided, and Mr Frank, at the dining room, looked in detail for all aspects of guests' preferences. I understand cultural differences, although the hotel may consider bath tube and sauna for mixed gender - couples and families will appreciate it for sure. Overall it was a great experience, and we will return defenitely, including in the winter, to explore the different touristic offer.

ridiculous. this word describes pretty much everything. ridiculously expensive. ridiculous system with the reception being ob the 42 floor, and to get ANYWHERE you MUST TAKE A SPECIAL ELEVATOR TO 42 FLOOR. so if you are on the floor 33, and must go down to floor 1, your trajectory will be 33 then 42 then 1. and to come back 1 then 42 then 33. never seen anything more stupid. rooms are dirty, dusty. cupboards dirty. toilet is seen from the bed. who would need transparent doors from the bedroom to the bathroom? in a room for a family? you,can not wash your hands and not wake up your child. swimming pool very cold, sauna switched off and ery cold. saunas MUST be hot, otherwise it is not a sauna very bad experience for a large amount of money. the only positive thing was good breakfast.

The staff is so amazing. Rainbow was very attentive to my needs and was very supportive. The property is beautiful and really comfortable.
