This is not the best motel. I am not happy at all actually. Not what is shown in photo. However, the managernis good and kind and helpful when I request cancellation of my stay.

性價比很高的！位置不錯，離地鐵口走路10分鐘，周邊公交也四通八達，出行基本不用打車，公交就能到任何地方。離火車站走路也10多分鐘，途中還能經過秋林的工廠直營店，買正宗的紅腸和大列巴格瓦斯！最主要一點，老闆娘大姐服務態度真的很貼心，讓我們旅遊過程中感到温暖，謝謝老闆娘大姐❤️！

賓館距離哈爾濱站比較近，步行大概10分鐘以內，附近很多餐飲店，距離中央大街、索菲亞廣場也是兩站以內，老闆熱情友好，可以免費寄存行李。大概是老舊小區改造的，設施比較陳舊，抽水馬桶不靈光，排氣扇聲音比較大。

非常滿意，服務禮貌周到，房間乾淨明亮，並且注意細節，早餐豐富，交通便利。具有非常好的體驗感，下次如果來詹姆斯，一定還來這家酒店。

房間特別小，窗户都是封閉的，不通風，空調沒有遙控器，電視也沒有遙控器，反正不會在去，住着一點也不舒服。

離哈站近，是直線不用拐彎，兩三個紅綠燈，旁邊還有個網紅打卡的咖啡廳，有很多小姐姐，小哥哥白天天拍照，還有豪車停門口，離省博物館也近

非常差！衞生條件很差，而且房間有異味，老闆態度也很差！就晚走了幾分鐘收拾東西就罵人***！真的不要來！
