25年2月14日入住漢庭優佳高鐵站店（房號616），發現浴室提供的洗髮水和沐浴液限制使用日期分別為均為25年1月31日和25年1月2日，已過期（見圖）。向前台反饋後，工作人員沒有任何反應，一句口頭道歉也沒有，當時還在前台寄存了行李，取行李是也並未做出任何答覆，作為連鎖酒店，提供過期產品屬嚴重失職，住客安全毫無保障！提醒大家入住前務必檢查，謹慎選擇，作為消費者我也會行使自己的權益向有關部門投訴此事件!

這一次是很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境非常好，前台的服務也非常好，酒店地理位置也不錯 交通很方便 房間設施齊全，床墊非常的柔軟，房間乾淨整潔 熱水也不間斷 出水快 水壓大 並且水温舒適，洗澡很舒服，網速也不錯 辦公方便，還有免費的停車場 早餐自助的也很不錯 客房服務員也非常的熱情 洗衣服方便 還有烘乾機 棒👍👍👍

最近在漢中出差，住的漢庭優佳酒店（漢中火車站南廣場店），體驗感超讚！位置好，一出火車站就能看到，交通便利。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床軟硬適中，睡起來特別舒服。酒店員工服務態度也很好，辦理入住很快，還貼心介紹周邊出行和吃飯的地方。早餐種類豐富，營養又美味。下次來漢中，肯定還選這兒！

酒店大樓就在高鐵站旁邊距離五分鐘，不過我們是自駕游來的，酒店有免費停車場，房間很大衞生打掃的很乾凈也有窗户，前台服務員挺熱情的，還可以自由選枕對頸椎不好的人來説太貼心了！早餐中西式很豐盛，值得種草，下次選擇酒店還會來

房間大安靜乾淨衞生，服務態度很好，有免費停車場，離高鐵站步行五分鐘就到了，各方面都很好，前台接待小陳服務態度非常好很親和，需要什麼直接致電前台很快就有小機器人送到房間，非常推薦👍👍👍👍👍

這家位置無敵（距離火車站5分鐘步行可達），樓下有停車場，住宿免費。

我們這次出門旅遊以漢中為中心，玩了留壩、勉縣、光霧山、米倉山、閬中、巴中、廣元、黃柏塬等景點，3次數天入住此酒店，房間整潔，大小合適，出行方便，非常喜歡，前台的姑娘態度認真負責，入住以後還會問你有什麼需要，很暖心的。

房間不錯，簡約温馨，有小圓桌和書桌，送外賣有小機器人，有儲物櫃，前台小姐姐服務也很好。喜歡衞生間乾濕分離台盆在外的設計，非常方便。早餐黑米粥裏的棗是帶核的，一口下去嘎嘣我的磨牙碎了一塊，自認倒黴，此行最大敗筆。
