First off, the location is unbeatable. Very central get away from the super noisy bars. Do note that morning there will be a rooster waking you up around 7am. Managed to check in smoothly. The staff Joseph is friendly and helpful. Most of the staff are. The design of the hotel looks like mandarin oriental, still pretty good looking. The bed is comfortable. In terms of house keeping, they do it every single day. Even though I specifically put the Do not Disturb sign. It felt nice to come back with my bed made and the room is clean up.
The shower gel and bath are recycled. They basically reuse the bottles. I’m fine with that. Do not use the room slippers, cause it’s reused too. I’m not using the same slippers from other guests. Aircon works well for me. Hot water also. But there is one day the hot water have some issues. So I showered with cold water. Only tried the breakfast one time. Wasn’t ideal as I didn’t really enjoyed any of the food. Rooftop bar still renovating I guess.
Overall, if the price is not too expensive, I will consider staying here again. Thanks to the good level of service.

Totally enjoyed staying at LA Passion. It is very close to everything so we were able to walk practically everywhere.
Staff were all very nice and easy to converse with.
I enjoyed the chicken noodle soup for breakfast.

環境亦正常
位於市中心，環劍湖一帶周五六日會封路，酒店位於封路範圍外，車輛繁忙. 有一定噪音。

Phòng và địa chỉ mình nhận phòng không như lúc mình đặt, rất tệ . Mình hy vọng khách sạn sẽ rút kinh nghiên về vấn đề này và nêu rỗ địa chỉ cũng như phòng khách hàng được nhậm kho đặt trên app.

정말 모든 분야에서 일하는 직원들 전체가 친절합니다
여기서 하롱베이 투어도 이용했는데 아주 좋았습니다
직원들이 영어를 잘 구사해서 의사소통에 문제가 없습니다 다만 방에 샤워실 배수구에서 물이 잘 안빠집니다 그부분이 아쉽습니다
그리고 인테리어가 예쁘고 방도 넓고 쾌적해서 2박 묵는데 불편함이 없었습니다
위치도 너무 좋고 무엇보다 직원들이 친절한게 가장 도움이 되었습니다 감사합니다

We verbleven 2 keer in dit hotel. Dat midden in ‘the Old Quarter’ van Hanoi ligt. Eerst, 3 dagen en 2 nachten in de Deluxe 2-persoonskamer. Bij aankomst kregen we een frisse thee en een vochtige handdoek om ons te verfrissen. De kamer was zeer netjes en voldoende ruim. Er is gratis thee, koffie en water voorzien dat elke dag wordt aangevuld. Tv kijken doe je via je eigen Netflix account. De kamer is voorzien van ingebouwde wereldstekkers, dus je hebt er zelf geen nodig. Het ontbijt is een buffet en er kan ook a la carte besteld worden. Wees snel bij de koffie, want eens deze op is duurt het even om nieuwe te maken. De rooftop is voorzien van zetels en tafeltjes. Je kan er genieten van het uitzicht. De rooftop bar was gesloten, maar er kon probleemloos besteld worden in het restaurant en de bestelling werd naar de rooftop gebracht. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er wordt gevraagd daar de indeling van je dag en ze geven tips en uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden van de stad. De 2de keer dat we er verbleven kregen we van Daisy een ferme kamerupgrade naar de executive suite! We zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden aan vrienden. Als ik toch een aandachtspunt moet vermelden, is dat hier en daar de afwerking wat beter kan, stof in de gang op de kamernummer door het boren in de muur om de lamp op te hangen, kleine gaatjes in de muur waar eerder vermoedelijk een rek of haak was bevestigd die niet opgevuld zijn,… kortom, voor ons, kleine en verwaarloosbare dingen.

Awesome hotel with excellent location with walkable distance for shopping , street food , Beer street .. Breakfast was excellent with good spread and staffs are very helpful and best in class service with cute and smiling face always .. We also got good exchange rate for our currency in the hotel itself .. We really love this hotel and we wanted to come again and stay here very soon..

Best hotel we’ve stayed in Hanoi! The rooms were lovely, spacious and modern. Linh and Anna were especially accommodating and very friendly. Perfect location, right between the old quarter and the French quarter. Would highly recommend this hotel! Wish we stayed longer here.
