Deluxe room is not as spacious as luxury room but still okay for a night or two

Good location but everything quite old and not clean at all .
I ask them to open the aircon for me, they said if you want cold turn the ac off , if you want hot turn the heater mode or something... (don’t understand) Even though i do like them, we still sleep in hot temperatures 😩😩

The only advantage of this hotel is the Location which is perfect if you are planning to stay in the heart of Hanoi. Rest everything in the hotel is average. Breakfast menu is a disaster.

Very narrow room with little space for your luggage. The paint was peeling on the walls and the bathroom showed signs of mould. Clearly an old room with little upkeep. Wouldn't personally recommend.

아들과 첫 해외여행 하노이로 갔습니다. 가격대비 호텔시설 및 청결도에 매우 만족합니다. 그리고 직원들의 친절도는 가격으로 평가할수 없을 정도로 만족합니다. 아침 조식때도 기본 부페에 추가로 쌀국수와 계란 후라이도 제공해주고, 냉장고도 교체해 주었습니다. 공항으로 픽업하는 차량이 차량 통제로 호텔 앞까지 올수 없게 되었을때는기사랑 통화 후 거리 밖까지 저희를 인솔해서 차량에 탑승할때까지 함께해 주었습니다.
