First of all, I booked this hotel,,,but the Reception told me they didn't receive my booking... 💁🤷🏻♂️ (this is not my mistake as I shown my booking with Confirmation Letter that I received from Trip.com) and then LATER they found my reservation and told me my booking is in JUNK mail that's why they can't see my reservation... (IS THIS MY Problem?) by the way all room are fully booked & they transferred us to their sister hotel...
I accepted this offer because I was so tired and need a room as soon as possible 🥲 and a room from their SISTER Hotel is not really bad & staff is friendly and very helpful.
Overall, I am OKAY! But this situation shouldn't be happening?

Nice hotel. I got a spacious twin-bed room with bath tub in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good, with lots variety of fruits, salads, and other food. Recommended, especially if you're looking for a quiet room in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter.

部屋もキレイ、セキュリティボックス有り、旧市街で場所もいい、朝食付き
しかしシャワー湯量がチョロチョロと少しの騒音
その後問題発生で面倒だった。
次は違うホテルかな

正直きれいとは言えない。トイレの流れも悪いしバスタオルは黒ずんでいて汚い。でもタクシーを格安で呼んでくれたり荷物もきちんと預かってくれたのでまあ値段も高くないのでゆるせる

服務人員很熱心，那天下午check in 的時候很熱，立刻遞上冰鎮的毛巾跟飲料🥹房間的部分很乾淨，我對整潔度蠻要求，赤腳踩地板也不會有沙沙的感覺好讚🫶🏼雖然飯店的裝潢比較老舊，但整體來說性價比非常高👏👏

Top hotel! De staff was ontzettend aardig en deed er alles aan om het zo gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken. Zeggen altijd gedag als we langskwamen, en tonen veel interesse in onze reisplannen bereid te helpen indien nodig. De kamer was prima, we hadden een gratis upgrade gekregen. We waren vrij weinig in de kamer, maar deze was ruim en netjes dus niks op aan te merken. Ontbijt was vrij gelimiteerd, maar ze hadden toast, Nederlandse botertjes en jam, dus voor mij was het prima :) Kan dit hotel zeker aanraden als je op zoek bent naar vriendelijk personeel en een goed verzorgd hotel in het centrum.

Great central hotel - really enjoyed the breakfasts- with fabulous staff who were very helpful and sorted out trips from the hotel . David and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great time. David helped to sort out trips to Sapa and also to Halong Bay.
