Midori Boutique Hotel

Hotel is nearby walking distance from the hanoi railway station. Overall beeakfast and amenities of the hotel were nice. Do not rent motorbike with the hotel as the guy who will bring the motorbike will try to give you malfunctioned motorbike.

Excellent hôtel. Friendly staff and will definitely stay here again when I visit Vietnam in the future.

Clean room, tasty of breakfast, kindly of staff, location of convenience.

Really old hotel. Disappointed because it looks nothing like the pictures

Hotel is quite new, quite clean. There are a few issues. When I just check in hotel manager told me to pay extra 100,000 VND, I ask why. She said there was a glitch on computer and the price listed was mistake, should be higher. I said if the price listed was wrong it was their problems because I had already paid, besides other hotels booking apps also showed the same price. She said you can check in now, but when come back at 2 pm when room was ready then pay extra. I said no. You have to deal with hotel booking app agency, not me. 2nd problems, as almost all hotels in Vietnam have, fake and .is leading photos, showing rooms have windows , but not quite real windows. At night when light turn off, can not see a thing and is in completely darkness can not even see your own fingers in front. Breakfast is too simple. I asked to change room with window like what show on web site, I was told not available any more, but on web site it shows still available. Manager, then show me the room in front which has real window, and asked for $1,800,000 VND/ night pay directly to hotel. What a big joke. He then show me his other hotel opposite at over prices rates too for poor conditions hotel.

房間面積較大，光線充足，打掃乾淨。但衞生間比較侷促，台盆附近沒有放物品的位置，浴室水流較小。酒店位置很好，周邊很多餐廳和咖啡館，打車也很方便，步行至老城區半小時內。前台服務熱情。早餐簡單，選擇不多，但附近吃的很多，可以直接出去吃。總體性價比很高

Небольшой отель в 10 минутах ходьбы от озера. В отеле очень приятный стафф, который помог мне забронировать трансфер до отеля. Завтрак в отеле неплохой, голодными вы не останетесь! Если говорить конкретно о данном типе номера, то стоит сразу отметить, что номер темноват. Маленький окошко упирается в стену. Выключить свет днем - это значит остаться в полной темноте. Из пожеланий - улучшить качество уборки (за несколько часов до отъезда, когда проверяла личные вещи, нашла чью-то футболку за комодом) и обновить электроприборы (чайник периодически замыкал и не кипятил воду); Если вы планируете пару активных дней в Ханое, советую рассмотреть данный отель как вариант :)

我們一行十幾個人來河內旅遊，我自己攻略訂的這個酒店，整體來説還不錯，旁邊吃的比較多，附近不選有個很大的商場，上面有個大超市，需要的物品可以那裡去買！酒店這個價格還是可以的！

首先，感謝老闆允許我在訂單顯示無法更改後，通過郵件聯繫，允許我推遲一天入住。定的房間有窗，到店後發現是內窗，窗外是天井，原來衹有城景房才是有正常窗户的，內窗雖然通風差點，但睡覺蠻安靜。早餐還算豐富，空調也很給力，前台很熱情，能幫我們叫車，熱打包帶回的春捲。酒店離還劍湖步行約30分鐘左右。不過從酒店設施來看，這個酒店應該算3星而不是4星。
