洗面台以外のコンセントが使えない状態で、ベッドから離れた水も使う場所で電子機器を充電するしかなくかなり困りました。
ぱっと見は綺麗です、ハノイの衛生感を考えれば良いほうなのかもしれません

位置於老街及還剑湖附近，饮食，按摩，購物非常方便，酒店迎賓送飲料再送地圖講解，英語為主，週日附近會封路成為步行街。房間对外隔音很好，但缺点有以下2樣其中一晚有法國情侣住客過運動，由洗手間傳来女叫声，持續了40分鐘，我也心中向他們打氣叫加油，之後终平静，酒店小窗沒遠景可看，但優点也是可避免外街車輛噪音，早餐為餐点項目，有中西選擇，前台可代叫熟悉的士，免被冒險遇上黑Taxi，亦可暂存行李，最後離開前，我也提前發小紅包以表中越友好

1.좋은점 위치가 좋다 그런데 그정도 위치는 많다
2. 방에 창문이 없다 예약시에는 창문이 표시되었지만 실제는 창문이 없다
3.방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 난다
4. 화장실과 방이 환기가 안되어 습하다
5. 수건이 오래되서 변색되어 노랗다
6. 바퀴벌레가 나온다
7.이불이 무겁고 습하다
8. 조식이 오물렛 정도밖에 없다 과일도 너무 빈약하다

위치는 호안키엠과 올드타운 맥주거리 등 혼잡한 곳에 위치. 다니기에는 편한 곳. 직원들 친절하고 늦은 시간 체크인에 발코니 방으로 엎그레이드 해주어서 감사합니다. 하루 예약하고 하루 더 묵었습니다.

룸내 시설은 만족한다. 오랫되엇지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있는 것 같았다.
다만 아쉬운 점은 욕조에 다듯한 물을 다 받기가 어려울 정도로 온수가 부족했다.
