Went twice as it made the trip easier. First time was alright but none of the plug sockets worked or the TV or the fridge. Lovely people and good area though. Second time had the same issue but the fridge and TV worked. Amazing location and lovely people if u need somewhere for a night or two in hanoi

Put my bags in the room while I got some breakfast, came back and lay on the bed for 10 minutes before the stench of mould made me feel sick. I was charged $10 Australian for this. I would have let this review slide but since I was charged money I feel obligated to write this review. The rooms were filthy. Bugs in room. Mould was visible everywhere. Bathroom smelt funny and the room smelled of mould. I left after 10 minutes of being in the room.

Dirty as hell, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty curatin and dirty walls. The mirror is so dirty I do not see myself in the mirror. We choose to sleep in our sleeping bags bevandret we thought it was better. No soap here asweel. It was cheep though
