I often go on business to Hanoi and this is my new favourite place to stay while there.
Very large room with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine

Good location with access to the office buildings at Dich Vong Hau and nearby amenities; quite near airport as well (~30min). Very comfortable stay with good facilities in the room - with a kitchen area and even washing machine. A good value-for-money option.

・お風呂のシャワーがお湯にならない点（やり方不明）
・洗濯機の電源がつかず、使い方不明
フロントの方に聞けば解決したものもあるかもしれませんが、この２点は、とても残念でした。

ハノイ滞在時に一泊だけしました。アパートメントタイプのホテルですので、キッチンや家電などの設備も整っています。テレビでYouTube等も見られました。特に洗濯乾燥機は長旅には助かりました。
開業が最近ですのでぱっと見は綺麗ですが、清掃は行き届いていません。引き出しなどに前のお客さんの残留物などがあり、電気ポットの中は悪臭がするほど大変汚かったです。
きちんと清掃されていれば、とても快適になると思います。
