Ana and Rose were the most enthusiastic hosts to welcome you. Check-in after 12nn was a breeze. We were ushered into our room on the second floor. It was an executive room with twin beds and a balcony. We thought that it would be noisy as it was facing the road but it wasnt. The location was convenient (it was on a side street) rather than along the main road (Pho Hang Bo).
The room was very big, impressive. The amenities were ok: towel, bedsheets, hair dryer, toiletries - decent enough to do their function. Breakfast was included, and you need to go to the 6th floor. The fare included both local food (pho) and western style like french toast.
I love hanging by the balcony looking at the daily going ons of the local people, observing go about their daily life: hawking fresh fruits and flowers, eating pho...
Location: it is at the center of the Old Quarter and it's mostly about 8 to 12 mins walking distance to some of the key attractions like the train street, the night market, the St. Joseph Cathedral, the prison museum.
I dont mind booking this hotel again if I ever visit Hanoi again.

這是三星級的酒店，按三星級的標準是很及格的；入住時房客都是西方人，可以英文溝通，無中午服務。老城區的酒店大部分都是加蓋的，如果入住時晚上會下雨，要避開三樓，因為加蓋的是鐵皮屋頂，晚上下暴雨，聲音大到“爆”，但對當地人而言，這很平常；另外，房間有兩個門，其中一個是安全門，設定如下圖。早餐在頂樓，雖然很小，但提供點餐，服務很親切，可以重複點餐，誠意滿滿。

Solo pase una noche en el hotel y fue muy bien, la habitación muy limpia, el baño amplio, A/A, el desayuno muy bueno . La atención por parte del personal muy bien también. Para las personas occidentales es un buen sitio, no hay ruidos y está cerca de la mayoría de sitios turísticos, incluso está cerca de la zona de bares, restaurantes, cafeterías, bancos.

호안끼엠 호수 인근에 위치해 있고 호치민묘소,서호등도 멀지 않아 도보로 이동하기 편하고 직원들의 서비스도 대체적으로 만족스러워요.

Mooie en verzorgde AC-kamer ( tv , koelkast , kluisje , ... ) met privé badkamer ( inloopdouche , ... ) . Prima Wifi . Zeer lekker ontbijt ( aangeboden in buffetvorm ) . Tevens maken ze voor jou graag pho , pannenkoekjes , eieren naar keuze , ... klaar . Je kan met een goedgevulde maag je dag starten ! Prima gelegen in " het old quarter " . Alles dichtbij , Circle K winkel op 15 meter van het hotel . Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel ! Ze helpen je graag bij het plannen van dagtrips , uitstapjes in " het old quarter " of de verderzetting van je reis door het prachtige Vietnam . Bedankt Anna en Rose !!!

Staff so friendly from the caring reception staff who ensured our stay was perfect right through to the breakfast staff. Freshly cooked and varied breakfast with something for everyone. Charming hotel in a great location. We had 3 separate rooms for our 3 night stay.

Hotel room was clean and tidy. It was overlooking the roadway and right next to a back packers/bar so we thought it may get a little noisy with the traffic etc but it was pretty good in the end. The small restaurant had minimal seating so if everyone eats at a similar time then there is not enough seating for everyone but you can take meals back to the room if you prefer. The breakfast timings are generous too - between 6:30am and 10am so that helps with this issue too. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to do. I would stay there again.
