Knap så rent hotel, morgenmaden er udemærket. Men værelset var virkelig ikke rart.

Dirty room, only the lobby is clean & nice to attract customers. The room is very old, shower is small, just a tub, slow water with barely no hot water. Toilet is dirty. Room is noisy, and you can hear next door neighbor/kids all the time. Wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel breakfast was good and the Hotel's cleaner was good too :)
But the person at the counter was not kind.
and most of the hotel's room facilities were old, even the room structure was not convenient as well.

A very relaxing and welcoming environment, the front desk reception was facilitated by Mai, who helped me constantly with places to eat, and rides, and 2 day river cruises. Located in the heart of old Hanoi, Mai was kind of enough to help get food after hours, a nice area with a lot of character. I would definitely stay there again!

I made the mistake to book here for couple of nights The breakfast is the worth in Asia include the very roof staff, especially the younger lady is a nightmare.. same food every day, almost no choice disgusting meals… The room is outdated, the cleaning 2 Min/ day WHEN I was in the room… what if I am not??? Horrible experience‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

We booked for three nights but had to leave after one night because the room is molded. It smells bad and has mold on the ceiling. Sink and shower is rusty. Hair dryer and TV didn’t work. No windows in the room. Terrible hotel. The breakfast is ok and location is in old quarter which is good. But room is very very bad.
