In tegenstelling tot de foto was het oud en ongemakkelijk. Met name het ontbijtbuffet is echt slecht. De locatie is verschrikkelijk.

Het zwembadwater veranderde niet. Komt het door het weer? Omdat de reservering niet goed was bevestigd, werd er een bericht op de deur geplaatst met het verzoek om van kamer te veranderen, en de kaartsleutel werkte niet.

The hotel may be old but most importantly, the rooms are spacious, and it feels like home. And clean. Cleanliness is very important to me.
The rooms are "huge"! I love this 80+sqm size, so nice to have large rooms once & for all !! And toilets are clean & huge!
Location is excellent, it's about 10 mins to the Old Quarters but the location around the hotel is good - some nice restaurants & generally much better than staying in the old quarter area which can be hap hazard.

Good location, clean rooms and environment, friendly and helpful staff, good spread of breakfast choices, good maintenance of hotel facilities. The only downside is that it is not sound proofed😅 You will be woken up by the busy traffics if you are a light sleeper, however, the hotel do provide ear plugs in the room.

Good location for exploring HaNoi. Nice facilities (pool, pkayground, fitness, sauna). Friendly staff and possibility to store luggage for some days.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Two bedroom, two bathroom, large kitchen with a washing machine, and good view. Breakfast was great and there is also a bar and pool. Convenient that it has a small mall attached. Easy to get groceries, a coffee, or a massage. It was worth the money as a family of 3.
