The hotel is well located. The staff are super friendly and helpful. However, there were marks on the sheets of the bed and no safe for the belongings in the bedroom. The room is quite noisy starting from 6a.m. in the morning and I believe that it is because the room is right on top of the kitchen and the breakfast area. So be aware if you want to get some sleep before hitting the road for the journey.

It was great, the manager on shift went out of her way to help us pack our breakfast because our flight was too early and couldnt make it for breakfast. The room was really clean and bed was cosy. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was great! Would recommend!

豪華なホテルも沢山ありますが
このホテルは 小さなですが
コストパフォーマンスがとっても良く
綺麗で清潔
ロケーションも抜群 歩いてハノイ観光何処でも行ける
朝ごはんもバイキングの他に 何種類かクッキングしてくれます
ハノイは底層階の部屋は窓の無い部屋が多いですので
お昼メインの方はぜひ窓付きに
次にハノイに来ても 泊まりたい

Anna and the staff at Golden Rooster were very kind and welcoming throughout the stay and we felt very well taken care of. The rooms are clean, very quiet, and the bed is so comfortable. Great location in the Old Quarter. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, 7 nights, the staff were informed, welcoming, attentive 24 hours a day. Anna and Emma were especially excellent, helping us feel at home. The position of the hotel is fabulous to walk to most of the areas to visit. I would most definitely return to this hotel again, and have no questions about refering it to other travellers to Hanoi.

It's a great hotel with all the expected amenities and more. The staff is always ready to help. The breakfast was more than what is offered at other hotels in the price range. The location is 10 minutes away from the party area, so that can be a plus for some.
Cheaper rooms normally have no window or a window that opens to nothing.
