De foto van het hotel exterieur op de homepage - het gouden gebouw is de voormalige residentie van Ho Chi Minh. Ik kwam er pas achter toen ik naar Hanoi ging. Eerst dacht ik dat het gouden gebouw de buitenkant van een hotel was, prachtig en schitterend. Maar toen ik aankwam, was ik verbijsterd. De buitenkant van het hotel was heel eenvoudig en de lobby was oud en stonk. De kamer was heel eenvoudig, net als een hotel in China dat minder dan 100 yuan kost. Er was niet eens een computer bij de receptie. De receptie liet me hun telefoon zien en vroeg welk ordernummer van mij was. Er stond meer dan 500.000 Vietnamese dong per nacht, wat ongeveer meer dan 100 yuan is. Maar ik betaalde 620 yuan/nacht voor in totaal 3 nachten. Toen we bij het hotel aankwamen, realiseerden we ons dat we waren opgelicht. Mijn man vertrok boos en boekte meteen een ander hotel. Ik heb geklaagd bij het platform en uiteindelijk heeft het platform het geld teruggegeven. Ik ben het platform erg dankbaar. Ik durfde geen foto's van de kamer te maken, omdat ik er na het inchecken niet meer ben gebleven. Het platform zei dat ze contact hadden opgenomen met het hotel, maar dat niemand de telefoon opnam. Denk eens na over hoe slecht het hotel moet zijn als niemand de telefoon opneemt. Figuur 1-3 toont de buitenkant en de ingang van het hotel. Figuur 4 toont het uiterlijk van de homepage van het hotel op het platform. Figuur 5 toont Baidu-informatie. Open je ogen!
