After booking just one night at this hotel, I was so impressed by the staff’s warmth and the hotel’s convenience that I extended my stay for two more nights, essentially for the entirety of my visit. The manager and staff were consistently attentive and hospitable, always ready to assist. While the breakfast was simple, it was satisfying. My overall experience at the hotel was delightful. Additionally, its proximity to attractions like Hanoi Train Street, Dong Xuan Market, Hoan Kiem Lake, Masjid al-Nur, St. Joseph Cathedral, and several halal restaurants within walking distance made it even more appealing.

服務人員服務態度都很好，會盡可能的幫你解決問題，但是浴室的蓮蓬頭座則需要更換，不然洗澡會洗得很辛苦。

Well located in the old quarter and surprisingly quiet, this hotel has a decent breakfast with made to order omelettes. Free water and coffee/tea through the day. Laundry service is well priced and effective.

Property was really spotless and clean! The staff, including the front desk, restaurant, cleaning and front staff are extremely helpful & accommodating! Breakfast was beautifully presented & delicious! Their attention to detail is simply incredible!

Das Liliane Hotel and Travel in Hanoi liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt nahe dem Hoam Kiem Lake. Es ist etwas einfacher gehalten, besticht jedoch durch sein Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

nous arrivons de Hanoï et avons choisi cet hôtel . tout d'abord , très bon accueil ! toujours a votre service pour vous renseigner et vous aider . petit déjeuner copieux . il y a de tout . chambre propre , situé au centre de la vieille ville vraiment très bon hôtel . je recommande !
