Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en vriendelijk personeel. Wasservice uitstekend. Het is geweldig om te eten in een lokaal restaurant in de buurt.

Het mannelijke personeel is onvriendelijk.
Er zijn kakkerlakken in de badkamer
Toen ik voor het eerst binnenkwam, was de elektriciteit uitgeschakeld.
Ik was in de war omdat het donker was en ik niets wist.
Als je op zoek bent naar iets goedkoops, ga er dan voor.
De locatie is niet goed en er is niets in de buurt.

It's a small studio room. There is cooking equipment and people come in to clean every day. The room is clean. The toilet is clean. It's good to stay here for a long time. the price is not expensive.

I ask cleaner to change the bedsheet, but was told they only change 3 days per time, omg… it’s Soo dirty, cannot believed it

Location not good not bad, near school, outside have a lot of local food and market. Basically for locals

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was very clean, had excellent customer service, and made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The only downside was its distance from the main attractions like the old quarters. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Great apartments, very clean and great cleaning service, plus excellent front-end staff. The apartments are very well maintained with all equipment needed to enjoy your stay. Lots of local street food available, plus a great little hairdresser and coffee shop close be, and a convenience store.
Only down side is you are a good 30 minutes plus from the centre of Hanoi.
