☹️ we vonden op onze eerste dag haar achter het kussen, en ook vlekken op het laken. De t****e nacht werd het water een paar uur afgesloten, mijn broer kon de toiletruimte niet gebruiken als dat nodig was, ze zeiden dat ze het zouden repareren. Eenmaal gerepareerd, ging ik naar de toiletruimte, er kwam alleen zwart zand of vuil uit zowel de gootsteen als de douche, we probeerden koel te blijven en het water een tijdje te laten lopen om de buis schoon te maken, nog steeds kreeg het water het zwarte ding naar buiten komen, zelfs de volgende ochtend. Ik hoop dat ze hun netheid verbeteren

This hotel is overall very good. I’d say the only negative was the use of the only lift is hampered by the cleaning staff leaving it full of bedding etc. and the balcony is tiny but overall very clean and very nice staff.

The room is really designed uniquely with a charm, unlike a normal typical hotel room for this price you may. Very friendly and helpful staff that can speak English. As it is by the Old Quarters, do not expect complete silence until probably after 10pm... If anything that can be better, is to not have smoke smell along stairways or in the building itself.

Small hotel in convenient location if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Hoan Kiem lake. Close walk to a lot of the attractions and with a lot of food options around. The room itself was average, slightly dusty and musty, curtains kind of dirty with bugs. For the price, I think there are newer hotels around. Basic amenities were provided like shampoo and soap.

Location was perfect and staff was super helpful and friendly! The "balcony" was super small and dusty so to be honest wasn't very useful, but the room was nice and cosy overall.
