If you are looking at a location that is close to the scenic area - xihu, this hostel will be a good stay for you, hostel is clean despite room is a little small. Downside is that there is no lift and there were many mosquitoes (due to summer) but staff was helpful and provided mosquito coil to tackle this issue. Overall a satisfied stay!

Friendly staff, close to restaurants and where you want a drink. A DiDi to the nearest metro station is no problem.

本是給父母定的，原本預訂的大床房，老闆非常貼心瞭解到是長者住，幫忙免費升級到雙床房，並且推薦了附近最便宜方便的停車場，服務熱情周到，乾淨整潔，整體設施也很貼心齊全，周邊環境也很好，去哪都方便，老爸老媽表示很感動，強烈推薦給大家！

房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全，辦理入住時，老闆介紹了很多出玩路線，有問必答！吃的也很方便，民宿周圍，對面有很多小餐館價格比較親民，超市也是平價超市！總之體驗感很好，民宿就有電瓶車租賃，租上一輛，順着西湖騎到武林夜市，享受西湖的夜景，最主要不會堵哦

房間和圖片一致 ，裝修風格很喜歡 ，衞生very乾淨 ,都是一次性的生活用品，浴巾自己帶的，入住放心，房間不大，但是這個價位也可以了，畢竟在西湖邊，性價比高的，值了，周邊交通出行方便 。店裡可以租小電動車，逛西湖方便，不用擔心堵車的問題，早上去了植物園，8點以前免門票，聽老闆説，還可以翻牆[捂臉]哈哈，下次嘗試一下翻牆的樂趣，很舒服的一次旅行！

衞生特別乾淨，被子很乾凈，一次性毛巾，24小時熱水，洗澡很舒服；
離地鐵站很近，還有接駁車，就在路口，超級方便，離西湖、靈隱寺都很近，很方便；
民宿小管家很熱情，幫忙拿行李去房間，介紹房間裏的設施，還給做旅遊攻略，服務態度真心喜歡！

前台小夥子觀察細緻，這幾天杭州細雨濛濛，突然降温。剛入門就被小夥子接了包，送了一杯温熱的薑茶，辦理完入住，幫忙把行李搬到房間，到樓上空調已經開好，房間設施齊全，雖然房間有點小，但是經濟實惠，衞生也不錯的，周圍吃的也多，體驗感不錯，值得推薦～
