The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need to be close to the airport. Unfortunately, this was the night the central hotel airvent decided to malfunction resulting in a continuous loud noise throughout the hallway. At 1am I made my way down to reception who informed me that the staff was working to solve the problem; eventually it was fixed.
The saving grace to my stay was the friendliness of the receptionist and the smooth check in upon arrival. The room was clean and provided all the amenities needed for a 1 night stay.
Airport pickup was prompt and it took about 20 mins to get there. Airvent aside, I would recommend this hotel if you need to catch an early flight. It's worth the price point.

The hotel is clean and really close to the airport perfect for when you need to catch a flight early in the morning. Also they have a shuttle bus that passes by to bring you to the airport for free.

坐飛機在杭州中轉，想着麗楓住的應該會舒服一點就盲選了這家，結果大失所望。
可以説是住酒店體驗最差的一次。首先訂酒店的時候看到了提供接機服務，0點T3落地後聯繫酒店，被告知無法在T3接機，衹能自己走15分鐘到T4去坐車，深更半夜大包小裹住機場附近還不是想方便一些早點休息，怎麼就不能在T3接機？最後自己花錢打車走的。
再就是到酒店後，整個走廊都是一股臭味，打開房間門臭味更嚴重了，就是那種長途大巴車的臭腳味，從沒住過哪個酒店是這麼臭的，在房間裏呆一會都覺得反胃。
酒店設施都很老舊了，到處有起皮掉漆的地方，房間也很小，非常不推薦！一定不要選這家！

在各大平台千挑萬選選的這家酒店，完全符合預期，晚上9點20到機場，給賓館打電話沒等幾分鐘就來接了 中巴汽車 司機師傅十分熱情可愛 給我們介紹了當地特色遊玩景點 酒店離機場很近 10分鐘左右就到 房間衞生很乾凈 床也舒適 電動窗簾 前台態度温柔 會推薦給朋友們

我衹想説這應該是機場附近性價比最高的酒店了，最近送機加自己出行，這一個月已經過來住過兩次了
看到這個價格的麗楓酒店有點驚訝，説真的剛看到外面的樓的時候我有懷疑是不是假的麗楓，不過進了大廳就感覺不一樣了，前台專業的接待和大廳以及房間的裝修還是相當可以的，窗簾是電動的，音響和淋浴相連還是挺智能的，接機服務也很快，非常滿意，以後去蕭山機場就鎖定這家了

晚上有接機服務！！司機師傅人超級好！！到了酒店以後辦理入住超級快，房間也超級超級好睡得很舒服～前台姐姐都超級有耐心有禮貌特別温柔！！！推薦大家轉機過夜在這邊住，離機場也很近啊啊！！

位置偏入住前就有預期，裝修差、舒適度差就超過了想象了，房子裝修時間太久了，破破爛爛、床頭沖電的插座壞了也無法充電，真是和前一晚婺源的麗楓酒店差別太大了，看樣子連鎖酒店入住也要擦亮眼睛。太失望了，品牌連鎖經營不能衹收費不管理坑消費者呀！差評！！！
