Orange Crystal Hangzhou Qianjiang New Town West Lake Hotel

This is my favourite hotel in Hangzhou. Modern and Stylish. I stayed here when I arrived to work in Hangzhou in 2020. I then moved into an apar**ent in the same building. The staff are friendly and attentive. It was a delightful stay. I will always stay here when I visit Hangzhou. There are metro stations nearby. Using a DiDi to and from the hotel is easy as well. HANGZHOU is a beautiful city, and so is The Crystal Orange Hotel! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel, clean, strategic, more food, i like this hotel.

It was conveniently located and we were able to quickly move to the VISA office as well as go to MixC.

Stayed one night, front seat was very helpful and friendly. They were very quick to assist whenever I had an issue. After checkout, I forgot to take a few items and after one quick phone call, they almost immediately sent my things to me via post. Very happy with the experience and will definitely stay there again 🙂

This hotel was nice and decent. Very clean and spacious. The hotel staff spoke very little to no English at al, depending on the shift. However even with that , they were very helpful. We had a deluxe room. I was sharing with a friend but we had so much space. We often times left the room really late, but they still cleaned for us and gave us fresh towels. The breakfast is very Chinese so if you looking to book this hotel just know that. The location is very central , since we were there for a weekend of fun. Getting around was easy however Hangzhou is full of road construction & congestion everywhere. Something unrelated, I find that the taxi prices are a tad bit higher that my other city & it took us longer to get to places because of the above mentioned. This place was really affordable and especially since we shared an apar**ent. We paid ¥1740 for 3 nights all together. What a beautiful hotel! Check in was very quick, the staff at reception didn’t speak any English so I used my little Chinese to get by. They were really friendly and I was given no issues. My room was really beautiful, Japanese style of some sort. I got a good surprise, my room had a bathtub. This was great because hotels with bathtubs are usually quite pricy but this one wasn’t. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but my friends did and they said it was a Chinese breakfast. It’s also in a good location because I had quick access to a bunch of western restaurants and bars. On my check out day, I wasn’t rushed to check out as I was still sleeping since I came back late the previous night. I really loved staying here and I 100% recommend this hotel.

這家酒店在商務樓裏，1718兩層是客房，酒店邊上有一家學校，我入住的時候原本在17樓，正好是挨着學校那一面，非常吵，所以申請換房，酒店服務還是很不錯的，立刻就給我換了，還升級了一下房型到18樓住了。因為是回字形的走廊，衹要不住在靠學校那一邊，就不會吵鬧了。另外就是對酒店的設施不太滿意，我一直是住桔子水晶的，上海的桔子水晶是內嵌式2k電視機，但杭州這家是普通的台式電視機，款式比較舊，而且換房前後電視方面都不太好使，要麼是電視機機頂盒連不上網絡，要麼是遙控器壞了，喊員工幫忙搞定問題後，我們嘗試投屏，效果非常不穩定，投屏斷斷續續比較卡，另外這裏也沒有智能馬桶。但勝在還算平價，衞生服務也可以，其他設施老化一點在可以接受的範圍。選對房間至少還是安靜的。樓層高，大橫窗視野很好，這個很喜歡。
