Very good hotel overall. Rooms are quite nice with good amenities. Location is good, but will get even better once the metro stop on line 3 will have all its exits open. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming though, typical Chinese breakfast. Service was excellent and generous.

五一行程臨時有變，幸運地又訂上了福樓。環境，設施，服務都完美，價格美麗。假日值班員工不多，都非常親切友好，真的有回家的感覺。
這次時間比較充裕，買了西溪30元的電瓶車通票在裏面轉了一圈，特意打探一下之前考慮的幾家目標酒店。像周家莊入口有西溪度假酒店和十里芳菲，在龍舌嘴入口看到了花間堂，他們離景區更近，但是距離地鐵就遠了點。在河渚街也看了好幾家民宿，地方都不太好找，出行必須依賴民宿的車輛。關鍵是西溪太大了，即使你住在景區裏面，如果到其他區域也是非常遠，而且沒有低價公共交通。所以對比下來，我更喜歡住在這裏，處於濕地外圍，但地鐵一兩站過去非常便捷。
這家有好幾間套房的，樓上樓下配套衞浴，非常適合家庭出遊。酒店的早餐，口味好，不誇張的説，居然是這幾天在杭州吃到的最可口飯菜。
酒店所處的西溪天堂商業體，這次看起來有點點蕭條，長假後期的晚上衹有幾家高檔餐飲生意不錯，而商場門店都很冷清。現在的商業替代太快了，希望這塊商業能撐下去，也希望福樓生意興隆，越辦越好。
之前我在杭州最喜歡的酒店是大華飯店浙江賓館。現在發現了福樓，驚喜不斷。這裏的裝修肯定比浙江賓館好，某些方面，比如獨立的沖淋房和浴缸，小度聲控，甚至也超過了大華飯店的豪華房。58元標準的早餐，口味也優於浙江賓館68元的自助餐。
大家如果到杭州遊西溪濕地，選酒店有500-1000預算的，強烈推薦元茂福樓。

酒店環境優美，交通便利，就在景區邊，出門兩分鐘就能進濕地逛。
酒店旁邊有很多飯店，走路五分鐘就能吃上地道杭州菜，非常方便。
酒店旁邊就有地鐵，開車和地鐵出行都很方便。
西溪濕地不像西湖人那麼多，非常原生態，值得一看

環境一流，周圍都好安靜，就像在渡假村裡，沒有車子、沒有人入到來，相當安靜。也可安排提早入住，服務及十分滿意，很貼心的服務，雖然沒有雪櫃，但就有代冰凍食物，也貼心送到房間，真係窩心，前台的服務員也很温柔！希望下次可以再入住。會推薦給朋友。

早到酒店，前台第一時間幫忙辦理了入住，還給免費升級了房間。大廳非常漂亮👍，房間也很整潔，一樓二樓都有衞生間和洗浴設施，小度智能控制，也比較方便，主要是開關窗簾方便。免費停車（入口也就是濕地博物館停車場入口），退房後也讓車子繼續停，這個非常贊。不過，可能我個人比較敏感，早晨醒來聞到一點廚房的油煙味道，建議再檢查一下源頭。整體好評，這次入住心情愉快，有機會還會考慮再次入住。
設施：很全
衞生：房間整潔，沒有衞生死角（地毯容易臟建議及時清理或不要鋪）
環境：在西溪濕地旁邊，空氣好，安靜，公共交通也挺方便
服務：服務很好，工作人員態度也很好👍

首先，我想説照片是孩子拍的，我看到也覺得很漂亮😻性價比超高的酒店，之前看評價以為是民宿，沒想到設施很新，環境也不錯。酒店附近有網紅餐飲，走路能去西溪濕地。唯一不足的就是房間空調聲很響，早餐能吃飽。我們一家四口，是為了看錶演去的西溪，自駕大約十幾分鍾。以後來西溪一定還住這家，比起旁邊的酒店羣這裏真的很實惠，方便。

臨時決定去杭州玩，隨便選了一個酒店。結果超乎想象的滿意。三個大人，2個小朋友完全住的下。酒店旁邊就是商場，吃飯，小朋友玩都很方便。去靈隱寺開車太堵，酒店工作人員建議我們坐公交車去，附近就有靈隱寺專線，很好找。

從寧波來杭州旅遊，帶着小朋友和爺爺奶奶住，性價比還可以。西溪濕地景區內，西溪天堂大門口，酒店對面就是商場，推薦外婆家，環境很贊！
早餐還不錯，小度智能語音，小朋友很喜歡。
