客房清掃很專業的民宿，保潔阿姨熱情周到，還幫我送外賣到房間門口，管家式服務，點贊。房間內有浴缸也有大花灑加壓噴頭，洗澡很舒服哦，蚊香液，礦泉水，洗沐護都是大牌，可放心使用，免費的哦。無線，電視都暢聊無阻，推薦親們來住哦，門口就是景區河坊街，體驗一把江南美景，很好

客房阿姨服務好熱情，扔在地上的襪子幫我洗掉了，超出預期的服務細節，點贊。房間床鋪平整美觀，毛巾也柔軟舒適，用着很舒服。前台還幫我拎行李到客房，講解了周邊的旅遊景點和交通方式，很周到的服務細節，點贊。酒店有免費停車場，停車場對面有很多網紅美食可打卡，推薦品嚐哦，美味。

房間內有浴缸，很驚喜，泡個澡很舒服，淋浴花灑也是雙噴頭，壓力足足的，性價比很高喲。衞生方面，乾淨整潔，一塵不染，客用品也柔軟舒適，住着很放心。服務熱情周到，進出都有招呼聲，還幫着存行李，送外賣，真是貼心。周邊交通配套齊全，地鐵定安路站，走過來酒店10分鐘，到西湖，錢塘江，機場，都很方便，樓下還是美食一條街，咖啡奶茶，火鍋擼串，杭州本地菜應有盡有，很適合遊玩的地方

房間衞生間下水道味道很臭，所謂的停車場極其不方便，甚至不能稱之為停車場，衹是一個單向通道的小巷子，挪車極其不方便，浪費顧客時間。備註車牌號的貼紙貼在車鑰匙上無法撕乾淨。

河坊街隔壁的一家古風民宿，裝修別緻有格調，走進去拍照打卡很出片，房間數量不多，提供的管家式貼心服務，很周全。設施也配備的很好，浴缸，淋浴，投影屏，應有盡有，阿姨們收拾的也很乾凈利落，住的很放心。出去遊玩，因在市中心交通便利，地鐵公交就在門口，交通費可省下一大筆費用。周邊美食很多，特色小吃，咖啡奶茶，江浙菜，都有。推薦給老鐵們，這家性價比很高的酒店

兩點入住的結果到了那邊兩點半都沒打掃好衞生，複式投影房的投影不能使用，一開始還要讓我們住另外最便宜的户型，去了那個房間以後一看房間不對，去問了服務員才説什麼沒我們定的户型了，一句話不説直接就想讓我們住房降級，而且隔音真的很差，大街上的聲音聽得一清二楚！

酒店在十五巷、鼓樓附近，周邊吃喝玩樂一條街，還有離河坊街走路5分鐘，博物館，城隍閣都在附近。
這個季節的花花，美景很值得去。

環境優雅別緻，頗有小資情調，交通便利，鬧中取靜。服務熱情有禮貌，還有微波爐，茶水提供，很用心的細節服務，房間內有沙發，書桌，辦公很方便，熱水空調都是中央空調，很給力。可以免費停車，方便周到。
