The Nook Hotel Hangzhou

辦理入住應該是經理或者主管吧，態度很好很熱情，到酒店了有點餓，告知我們每天會提供免費下午茶，出品可以的。因為考慮到我們早出晚歸很少在酒店，所以定的園景房，沒有浴缸，但是房間挺好的，唯一不好的就是衞生還是不太乾淨，地上有頭髮，浴室有蜘蛛網，因為最怕蜘蛛，所以看到蜘蛛網還是有點嚇人。

有賓至如歸的感覺，酒店的服務人員不多，但每個人的服務意識和態度都很到位。第一次和爸媽還有寶寶一起住家庭房，長者喜歡四周的綠意，寶寶最愛大浴缸。早餐的味道挺好的，下午大堂還有下午茶，房間裏的問題都可以得到迅速的響應。位置離西湖景區大約15分鐘車程，推薦附近的杭州植物園，下次還會考慮入住！

服務態度很好，有什麼需求都會盡量幫解決。位置離地鐵3號線很近，去西湖大概半小時，去大運河香積寺也可以直達，屬於限行區外面，車停酒店就好了，在杭州景區自駕還不如公共交通方便。早飯和其他星級酒店不太一樣，基本沒吃到什麼半成品，感覺都是早上現燒的，冰美式也可以自己打，總體好評，有機會還會再來。

原定親子房前台看小朋友比較大，免費升級了家庭房👍。房間整體佈局簡潔舒適，茶、膠囊機、礦泉水配備充足，大堂每天有免費下午茶，點心基本都是Sam的小食，可以放心使用。特別提一下他們的服務-超好！因房間的電視不能投屏，嘗試性的提了一下需求，人家晚上立馬拉了個移動大屏過來，當時非常不好意思，但想不到工作人員還表示歉意“是我們的問題電視機有點老，沒升級，很抱歉”。酒店早餐也很精緻，中西美食，足夠多！周圍都是新建商業街還沒發展起來（也有可能是假期關係稍顯冷清），但出行打車很方便。總而言之，非常推薦該酒店，為了感受一下他們的服務，也值得嘗試👍

The service was great, the staff were nice and really did their best to assist. I would like to especially mention Yuan (not sure about the spelling) who attended to us when we arrived on our first night. she assisted with my questions even if we had to use a translator. I had so many problems at one time as it was our first night and she tried to patiently give me a solution or an answer. We got lost going to the hotel as we came by metro and the maps were not accurate enough to find it easily. We asked three people and the last one finally called the hotel to ask where it was. When we reaches the hotel, the one on duty was already waiting for us at the door. Just when we thought the tea time was over, as we were tired and hungry after all that searching, that’s when she brought a new batch of creme brulee and nicely designed yoghurt. I kid you not, that’s the best tasting yoghurt for me ever (I’ve tasted so many all these years from many different countries and brands). The breakfast had enough variety and good quality food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I loved it. It’s exactly what you hoped for from a room. It looks better in person than in pictures. Although, the location is far from everything.

Spent four nights here whilst visiting family. Found all staff helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was huge. We had breakfast a couple of days and it had a good selection of western and local food. We made use of the laundry room which was well equipped with washers dryers and ironing facilities. The hotel is very near to a metro station but it took us a while to find. Ask at reception for directions as our electronic map didn’t find it. Afternoon tea was a lovely extra. One observation is that the mood lighting of our room was excellent but an option for a brighter light in the bathroom area would be useful. A great hotel and would definitely recommend.

The location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood and 3-minute walk to Gudang Xincun Subway station. Room size is ideal for family and in-room+hotel amenities are excellent (laundry, complimentary bike rental, afternoon tea). Convenient stores and eateries are just within short walking distance. Reception staff are very helpful and polite. Highly recommended hotel for families and for travelers seeking quiet and comfortable accommodation.
