This hotel is a hidden gem..we went to hangzhou for our daughter’s birthday and stayed here for 3 days..
They gave us a room upgrade to a family room,they even surprised us with a birthday cake and a toy for my daughter..
The breakfast is also very good,lots of western options too..they have a play area for kids which is amazing!
Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem!
Highly recommend this hotel for
your next stay!

來西湖玩的，酒店住的很舒服， 房間裏還有大浴缸泡澡挺舒服，驚喜的是還有孩子玩的和健身的，早餐是自助餐種類挺多，酒店給定的遊船很好呦，坐了遊船也到了三潭印月，此次旅行很滿意，停車也滿意，工作人員服務挺好！有機會再來杭州還訂這家酒店。

酒店設施稍微老派陳舊但是不影響入住以及使用感，軟件服務都非常不錯！因為預訂的時候有寫入住要求，所以辦理入住時給免費升級到了高樓層，風景俯瞰城北體育館和運河，非常不錯！ 唯一的一點，就是衞生做的不夠細緻，灰塵在椅子、牆角邊隨處可見，小童樂園地面有很多頭髮，希望能夠更加細緻一些！

emm 這個房型原本是有周傑倫演唱會接駁車的 結果臨行前一天才跟我打電話去不了 讓我在附近商圈打車 可以報銷給我 但是演唱會結束人羣真的很多 我上地鐵的時候差點沒趕上末班車 而且杭州也不熟悉不知道具體哪裡有商圈 結束的時候已經深夜了隨便找個口下的時候打車等了好久 而且那天還是大暴雨整個就淋濕了 最後我以為是直接轉給我沒想到給現金 現金其實挺麻煩的 然後夜宵也沒有提供 環境還不錯除了廁所有一小灘水 應援物是小夾子紋身貼 早餐挺好吃的

1，總體來説非常差，很差！
2，展開説説，首先訂的是一間套房，價格也1000左右，也不算便宜，晚上到達房間後，一股潮味，很難聞，所以讓服務員A換了一個房間，並且加了我微信讓我有問題可以直接微信聯繫，房間不好，這是差的第一點
3，還是這個服務員A，問我需不需要晚上送牛奶，我需要。然後晚上10點左右，我在套房裡麪的房間，看着電視，聽到輕微的聲音，所以出去看看，結果看到服務員A直接進來了，非常無語，侵犯客户私隱，瑟瑟發抖，結果就是一晚上都要開着燈，並且酒店隔音也不好，整晚未睡，擔心又有人進來！這是非常差的第二點！
4，事後和酒店溝通，酒店人員快反能力非常差，沒能給到解決方案，還説要等到第二天在處理，第二天的方案還是給早餐或者一瓶紅酒，我套餐帶早餐主要這個幹啥？並且溝通的經理態度很差，説我無理取鬧，他表示服務員這麼進入房間是符合流程的，這是很垃圾的第三點
5，設施陳舊，床頭連插頭都沒有，罕見

酒店衞生很乾凈，大堂很大，看起來很喜歡，酒店送了免費早餐，早餐豐富，種類很多，性價比高，房間安排樓層很高，可以有很大得視野看風景，拍照，隨處拍照都很好看，還有觀光電梯，真是不要太美！每個房間都有wifi，速度很快，沒看到延遲，衞生不必多説，很乾凈，衞生間還有大浴缸，可以泡澡，花灑出水很快，熱水温度也很適當，很舒適。服務很好，滿意滿意
