The hotel was great, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything which made getting around easy. ( Blue frog and common restaurant are close)

Location is great, no problem at all. The reception is separated in an adjacent building, and service actually was great. The real problem is when you already entered the room. There was a small dead cockroach on the floor. Wall was also a little dirty with some black spots here and there. To make matters worse, the bed was not thoroughly cleaned. It was not up to standard. There were some small beads on the bed and floor, and the pillow, blankets have some dust.

This Good and Clean Room.. Hotel Staff is Good cooperate.. But oven no have. Refrigerator have. Room no have any smile clean carpet curtain. And Near metro Station Gaosha Road Exit C is near... I enjoy this trip. Price Also reasonable. Near halal Food have..

The location was perfect. There are a lot of food shops and convenience stores located very close to the hotel. The room was clean. The view was good. The front desk was very helpful.

房間非常不錯，性價比很高，很温馨，去年剛剛裝修過的，住的很舒服，衞生間也很乾凈，酒店停車免費，房間樓層很高，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情，每次來杭州出差都住君閣精品酒店，酒店位置很繁華，周邊吃喝玩樂一條龍，地鐵口到酒店步行7分鐘的路程，大廳跟電梯雖然分開的，上樓都要刷卡非常安全，防範措施做的很到位，非常值得推薦大家入住體驗！

設施：房間設施齊全，房間寬敞明亮很舒適！還很貼心提供一次性洗臉巾！！
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，隔音很好，晚上很安靜！
環境：離下沙印象城很近，可以步行去商場！樓下有便利店，美食店，交通便利，有免費停車場！車位充足！
服務：服務很好！熱情解決問題！

地理位置不錯，地鐵高沙路站很近，金沙印象城、五角天街商場方便，前台服務很好，因為需要晚一點走，前台直接幫忙免費延時退房到14：00點。房間設施、全新裝修、全景落地窗光線非常，酒店燈光設計非常合理，晚上非常亮，衞生非常不錯。下次來出差還住這裏。

來杭州出差訂了這家酒店,交通非常便利,地鐵1號線步行就6分鐘,前台提前給我們打了電話詢問大概幾點到店,提前為我們排了我們想要的高樓層房間,給我們房間還做了免費升級,提前把房間空調給我們打開,外面降温很冷,一進房間很暖和,房間裏免費喝水不夠可以加,真的超級貼心,酒店住的非常滿意,裏面的設施也非常好,24小時在線前台,工作非常認真負責,在我們退房時送了我2瓶水路上喝，極力推薦大家入住體驗的酒店。
