It’s good location..but not clean ..I stayed at the 13th floor ,the floor have bad smell…the food is more of Chinese cuisine

首先到前台工作人員就讓人大無語，整個一個不專業，兩家人要求在臨近的房間不行，我們預訂兩天前台也看不到，告訴她們不需要做續房衞生回答説聽不懂😭牙刷在前台領房間裏面沒有也是活久見，進房間發現浴帽梳子香皂撒都沒有，聯繫前台讓自己去拿，這些不是應該統一放在房間麼？拿到的香皂居然是N年的老存貨，一打開就自動裂成幾塊，最後！房間裏面有蟲，有圖有真相！還挺大！強烈告知避坑，避雷！此酒店不建議入住！

客人來了一直住這家， 但是客人説這次入住有被吵到，酒店在裝修 雖然入住時有提醒 但是裝修時間也太早了 ， 建議裝修時間改到10 點以後

別來，別住，垃圾，服務不好，環境也不好，凌晨兩點訂房，12點催房，住就後悔，進門一張超級大鏡子，晚上起夜得嚇一跳，櫃子都破皮了，老得。

前台人員態度級差，缺乏服務意識，和誰欠他錢一樣，沒有早餐，一羣人也不贈送，維也納商量下也都送的，房間整體太按，設施老舊，牆面每逢都脱落了，差評！不推薦入住，不要被名字欺騙

唯一不滿意就是半夜1點過放外賣小哥上樓，整層樓都聽見外賣小哥敲門打電話説某某外賣到了！不是我們上樓都需要刷卡嗎？怎麼外賣小哥不刷卡就上樓了

服務態度非常不好，沒有機器人，外賣送不上去，還沒人送，續住房間忘記給牙刷，晚上回來發現沒有，還不願意給送，網絡信號也不好，前台服務態度也不怎麼好，搞不清楚為什麼攜程為什麼連這種垃圾酒店都上架，

房間有點陳舊，晚上還是比較安靜，房間較大，衹是服務相對差了點。希望下次下來住能夠，煥然一新，有新的驚喜！

對於一些旅行的日子來説，它又大又舒適。浴缸很好，冬天可以放鬆。接待處對客人很友好，樂於助人。我一般都喜歡它。
