Leuke gezellige kamer. Vrij duidelijk dat de laatste renovatie jaren geleden was en dat er een draad aan de ventilatieruit hing (?). De receptie wilde dat we ons visum lieten zien, maar we hebben visumvrije paspoorten, dus misschien hebben we daar wat training voor nodig. Verder is alles goed. We hebben ELKE DAG nieuwe penselen gekregen lolz. Het is niet zo dat we elke dag van borstel veranderen, hahahahah.

The location was in a very nice neighbourhood close to a lot of coffee shops and restaurant. And relatively close to the West Lake and the metro station. The room itself could be cleaner, but the bathroom was very clean.

It's a little far from the station, but it's not cool and the hotel is clean
The room is also quite large, so I'm satisfied that I can use it comfortably.
It was quite soundproof and there were no noisy facilities around it, so I could sleep comfortably.
If there's anything to be desired, there's no separate bathroom shower, and I booked it for two days, but he knocked on the door around 10 o'clock and asked if it was okay to clean the room, and he cleaned it.
I'm glad I woke up and was working, but if I was sleeping and knocked on the door at 10 o'clock to clean up, it would have been unpleasant.

the attitude of the receptionist has to be improved. Not friendly at all.
Room a bit antique ( old ) but it is cleaned.
Location wise is ok...easy to access to the main tourist spots either by walk or grab a cab.

Amazing hotel! Great location, great staff, very helpful. The rooms are amazing, huge, and clean. The bathrooms are magnificent, although the jacuzzi automatically turning off the bathroom lights and turning on the colorful strobing light show is a little tacky, it's still highly enjoyable.
The only thing that I would recommend improving is the laundry room. They only have 1 laundry machine and 1 dryer. I couldn't wash my clothes because these machines were always busy...

Location was super. We can walk to West lake, easy to call taxi, shoping areas etc. It was the same time with Asian games. Window is bad and we hear outer noises
