Everything about this hotel was great. Great location with a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. The service staff was nice and friendly. The entrance is hidden inside the malls parking lot almost. You’ll understand when you get there. I included a photo of the view I had at the 25th floor. The only issue me and my wife had was that the walls are pretty thin in this hotel. You hear what your neighbors are arguing about. My wife had trouble falling asleep because the guy upstairs kept walking around 1 am. This was the only annoying thing. Everything was fine.

The housekeeping wake me up, 10 am in the morning, almost everyday, insist to clean up my room, even though I told them to be back at 11am after we’re heading out.
They insist to clean up our room with us inside.

Nice service staff, comfortable beds and a nice and pretty big room. Everything was clean, the food was delicious and for breakfast they have a pretty big variety of food.

酒店位置很好，就在武林廣場地鐵站E出口走5分鐘就到了，隔壁就是銀泰，交通非常便利，附近吃喝玩樂都很方便。
酒店有管家服務，會提前打電話跟你確認大概到達時間，幫忙留好房間，離店的時候房卡放前台可以直接走，微信發開票訊息很快就開好發票發到郵箱了。
酒店周邊有施工，所以白天會有點噪音，但晚上就安靜了。
酒店餐廳外面有個漂亮的小花園，拍照很出片。
洗漱台準備了卸載液洗面奶和乳液，還蠻貼心的。
早餐很豐富，宵夜的麪條也很暖心，就是下午茶不怎麼樣，沒什麼好吃的，希望下次改進哦！

酒店還不錯 讓我驚喜的是有護髮素 卸粧油洗面乳也有 房間裏面一些小細節東西會讓人覺得很貼心 辦理入住時前台都有好幾個大堂經理吧應該是 會主動幫忙辦理和解答客人的問題 唯一讓我覺得遺憾的是我到酒店的時候提着兩個行李箱 箱子有點重 酒店門口兩個酒店人員沒有主動幫忙拿一下行李……其他都還好 前台的服務也很好

很早就定了，看中的是交通方便，離景點比較近，看到網上説旁邊有鼓風機會比較吵，剛開始還有點擔心，後來酒店提前和我確認了下，也為我升級了客房，住下來👂好的，工作人員也會打招呼，需要改進的大概就衹有早餐菜品少了點（不過也不是很大的問題），下次來杭州還會選擇這家的。
