Ik geef zelden commentaar op hotels. Dit verblijf heeft mijn kennis echt opgefrist. Onnodig te zeggen dat het hotel schoon is. Kijk maar naar de foto's. Het meest onoverwinnelijke is dat het hotel geen parkeerplaats heeft. Om te parkeren moet je door de beveiliging naar een betaalde parkeerplaats een kilometer verderop worden gebracht en dan teruglopen naar het hotel. Geweldig.

De eerste kamer waar ik in verbleef was in eerste instantie prima. Als er 's nachts iemand in de volgende kamer was, kon ik de stemmen in de volgende kamer duidelijk horen. Ik hoorde ook de buurman naar de receptie bellen om te bevestigen dat dit een deluxe kamer. Er was iemand in de gang. Het gesprek was erg luid toen ik langskwam en de geluidsisolatie was erg slecht. Ik belde de receptie om te vragen of er een hoekkamer was die misschien stiller was. Het personeel dat antwoordde de telefoon bij de receptie was ook erg grappig. Ik maakte duidelijk dat er een probleem was met de geluidsisolatie. Net toen ik van kamer wilde wisselen, zei hij: ja, de geluidsisolatie in ons hotel is inderdaad niet zo goed, en vertelde me toen dat de kamer niet meer kan worden gewijzigd nadat deze is gebruikt. Deze keer zal ik deze gratis wijzigen. ? ? ? Je geeft zelfs toe dat de geluidsisolatie niet goed is, vind je niet wat je vervolgens zei? Na het veranderen van de kamer was de ruimte uiteraard kleiner dan de eerste kamer. Omdat de vorige niet prettig was, heb ik gekeken naar de hygiënedetails, die staan ​​op de foto. De opstelling van handdoeken en badhanddoeken was echt plichtmatig , en het toilet was zelfs nog walgelijker. Ik heb het eerder gebruikt. Er waren onbekende vloeistoffen en haren, en de geluidsisolatie was niet goed. Ik kon 's nachts duidelijk het gesnurk van de buren horen. Nadat ik op de muur had geklopt om de hiernaast begon het geluid van de minibar opnieuw...

Good: Friendly staffs Easy access to all popular places to shops and eat. Take 15-20 mins walking distance to West Lake. Take less an a min walking distance for coffee, and breakfast next to hotel. Very close by subway, and buses. Hotel has free self washing and drying machines. Bad: If you are a clean freak, this hotel is not for you. I had a crab leg bone left in a toilet room after the room cleaning service is done ( sure, definitely not from me since I have not eaten any crab) Not price performed since the room was small with no review at all. I saw a flea in a sink, but didn’t take photos since no further expectation from cleanliness.

Good location and good food.... Mrt is in front of the hotel. The big department store is opposite the hotel. Not far from Xihu lake . Near the hotel has the awesome noodles shop

Location is fantastic as the MRT station exit is right in front of the hotel. Opposite Hangzhou嘉丽中心. 10 mins walking distance to West Lake. My hubby did his morning walk along West Lake everyday. Front desk recommended restaurant ToongDaFang (东大方) (just next to the hotel) which is good. Room is modern, clean, good size and well maintained with free minibar drinks. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

close to wulin night mkt and west lake. room size is good. Lighting switch is not user friendly. Making it high tech doesn’t mean making life easier. You don’t hv a choice to choose which lights to turn ON or Off.

Location was great. The entrance of 凤起路 metro station is just downstairs. There’s lots of food options just next to the hotel as well and a huge mall opposite the hotel. Hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend if I come to Hangzhou again.

The service was amazing, really like the autonomous robot that could help deliver food all the way up your doorstep. Would like to applaud Yuni and Mady for their distinction service. I definitely would come back for another stay.

I will give 5 stars to the location, literally is just right in front of the subway station. Frontdesk is friendly and helpful. Room is not spacious as expected and i think the previous guest smoked in the room. Overall rating is satisfied. ☺️
