環境：就在大馬路邊，很好找，打的也很好定位
衞生：來前阿姨有幫忙收拾房間，內物整齊，東西比較多，像家庭住房改為民宿。廁所裏有股魚腥味兒，不過入住前老闆娘也有跟我説通風一下就可以了，我一直都把窗户和排氣、廁所門打開對流，排了一個下午就基本沒啥腥味兒了
服務：來杭州十多天了，前面幾天在杭州其他酒店住的房間都比較大，有點空，特意選了個小的房間搬來住住感受一下。入住前老闆娘説給免費體驗了個枕頭套，不好意思，看包裝上寫的一次性，走的時候覺得房間裏東西有點多，就把我用過的一次性用品都丟垃圾桶裏了，想着你們收拾也不費勁兒，我沒用過的一次性用品就都未拆封都放着沒有動，想着離開也不要弄得太雜亂，不知道你們還要用到這個，離開後老闆娘打電話過來説才知道，實在抱歉。

房間陽台很大，配備吊椅和沙發，而且三樓視野開闊，還能聽到樓下的音樂。老闆也很熱情，我什麼都沒帶，蚊香、充電器、卸粧水、洗面奶，都給我備齊了😂長租短租都是很不錯的選擇。

衞生和環境都非常好。陽台很棒，坐在那裡看着外面的車水馬龍，我感到很放鬆。老闆娘和前台小哥也很熱心，服務很好。

僅代表個人，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有護髮素，床單被罩像沒換一樣，老闆説裏面的被心這樣很正常，基本2年換一次，很正常的,當時要不是我有事,凌晨一點才到,所以我沒有叫她起來換,第二天早上才問的,然後老闆説很正常,羽絨不能洗呀,酒店都是這樣的.就很無語😓

民宿環境很好，佈置很文藝，小清新，周圍房間也很少，隔音很好，周圍有很多美食，出行公交很方便，距離靈隱寺較近，老闆人很好，會在下雨時送傘，強推強推!!!

訂房間寫的酒店，到了發現是小別墅，房間太小，太擠了，衞生間太小，服務態度很好很親切，房間設施設備太陳舊，空調開開聲音太大，太吵。

自己一個人出來玩，剛開始在網上訂的房間不是很滿意，到了之後也給調換了滿意的房間，有着大熒幕和陽台，是我喜歡的風格，住着很温馨，也很滿意。
