Eerste keer dat ik hier verblijf, zal niet opnieuw verblijven.
Voordat ik incheckte, communiceerde ik met de receptie over het regelen van een rustige kamer die niet aan de straatkant lag, maar ik kreeg een kamer toegewezen aan de voorkant van de lift en met uitzicht op de hoofdweg, die erg luidruchtig was.
De kamerinstellingen zijn extreem oud en de geur in de kamer is erg sterk.
Er was een constant bonzend geluid in de kamer, dat erg luid was en mijn slaap verstoorde.
Nadat het ontbijt was begonnen, waren de meeste spullen verdwenen, de ober wilde ze niet koken en de noedelkookmachine was kapot.
Op de avond van het inchecken vond ik benodigdheden op het beddengoed. Ik nam contact op met de receptie van het hotel, maar niemand nam de telefoon op. De volgende dag nam ik contact op met het hotel om het probleem op te lossen. Het hotel zei eigenlijk dat het werd veroorzaakt doordat ik in de kamer at. Ze vroegen me ook om een inspectiecertificaat te overleggen om te bewijzen dat het niet het probleem van het hotel was. zei dat ik een klacht kon indienen bij de regelgevende instantie.
Dit is de houding van een vijfsterrenhotel, dit is de eerste keer dat ik het zie.

Zeer slechte ervaring!
1. Op de dag van inchecken was de portier of bewaker onverschillig.
2. De tweepersoonskamer met uitzicht op de bergen van 1,3 meter is speciaal geselecteerd en de prijs is hoger dan de gewone tweepersoonskamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Is that a real five-star hotel? I don’t think so, first, all 3 USB sockets broken, pointpen broken and hair dryer was burnt. The good thing is the room is very big than expected, especially the shower room, I like that. Anyway, both the pricing and environment are not matched so much. The top platform is amazing, where can be able to watch the west lake in a long view. I think that hotel management can try to improve some service details in the future.

Perfect stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, between the West Lake and Wulin Night Market. The room was very clean, with delicious complimentary coffee and tea. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of western and Asian cuisine. The staff was very attentive and efficient. Totally recommend.

The location is great. It’s very close to Wulin market and the West Lake. Many options to eat since many good restaurants nearby. Or you can try to stroll around the “food court” in the Wulin Market. Public transport is easy to get within the hotel vicinity.
The hotel itself has a large gym and yet quite quiet.
The hotel looks like an old fashioned hotel with wooden decoration interior.

The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes from the West lake so you can take a refreshing and peaceful walk by the lake in the early morning. The hotel has buffet for lunch and the variety of food is really amazing! Lots of fresh and high quality seafood! The rooms are all decorated in the nice Hangzhou style, adding to the wonderful memories of staying there. The personal of the hotel is very friendly, polite and always trying to help if needed.

Very near the Westlake scenic area within walking distance of less than 10 min. Hotel showing its age and deco but is still acceptable if not too fussy. Lots of eateries around and near the night market. Location is good not much issue to locate
