It was a realy nice hotel with great service but if your main reason for going to Hangzhou is West lake I would suggest looking for something closer (especially during holidays) because its quite far from the lake and railway station. Otherwise its great!

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

The hotel is great, with wonderful friendly staff. We asked if we can check out a little later because our train was later in the day, and they didn't mind at all. The pool and gym are also really wonderful.

Good location, Very near to metro. Kids can enjoy with the entertainment play inside the hotel. Very good service. Highly recommended for family with kids.,
