The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had tea, water and a kettle.
The breakfast was not great, but the price was reasonable, so it was fine.
My brother tried a Thai massage and he really enjoyed it. The service was great and the staff were very friendly.
We ordered some takeout and a robot delivered it to our door. That was so cool!
Most of the staff don't speak English, so it might be difficult to communicate if you don't speak Chinese.

For an international hotel I expected a little more English at the reception. However I got on with the phone translator.
My room didn’t have windows, which I didn’t notice when booking. The two downsides were that it was harder to wake up in the morning because there was no sunlight, but worse the room was very hot upon arrival (heat set to 28°) and as there was no window and thus no ventilation, it was hard to cool it off.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities we great and the room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends

酒店訂的晚，沒有帶窗的了~ 半夜悶醒了去開空調，心裏還挺埋怨的。但是中午回來看見酒店竟然把我房間的茶几和沙發換成了桌子和椅子~[強]
昨天回來吃外賣因為沙發茶几太矮，我把沙發搬洗漱台那裡吃的飯（圖二位置），早上走的時候我衹和前台説把房間打掃一下並沒有説別的~打掃阿姨發現我把沙發搬了 就想到了我有用餐桌需求[強] 細節啊[破涕為笑] 算了悶點就悶點吧 誰讓我訂的晚，我是個容易滿足的人[旺柴]

入住很快跟前台説要高一點的房間就給我們從5樓換到了10樓 離東站很近
行李寄存有專門的房間還有卡片 保安小哥很nice
酒店房間乾淨整潔 設施都很新
晚上也很安靜 很愉快的一次入住體驗

房間設施:都很齊全，空調很給力，很暖和舒適早餐:早餐種類還挺多的，蠻好吃的
衞生:服務挺好的，上午幫忙房間都重新整理了一下，牙刷什麼的都換成了新的
房間景觀:我這間旁邊是馬路和居民樓
總的來説，來杭州出差，想住得離火車站近一點，方便一點的話選這裏還挺合適的~

這個酒店還是蠻不錯的，位置優越，交通方便，到高鐵站近，市政府旁，購物很便捷，服務好，房間打掃乾淨，衞生狀態好，早餐不錯啊咯。現磨咖啡好喝，免費烤地瓜，管家服務很棒。贊一下啦。推薦推薦
