I got one of the windowless rooms but that’s an ok trade off for the deal price. The room was good sized and very clean. No complaints from me other than the breakfast just ok. The toaster was broken so I missed out on my morning toast.

The breakfast is very good, the variety is quite many, but also the buffet, the service attitude is very good, is very close to the subway to be convenient, catches the high speed rail Hangzhou West station first choice hotel!

Near to Hangzhou West station but no attraction nearby. Simple hotel for a night rest before early morning train ride.

I booked this hotel because my apartment was not ready. My biggest mistake was taking a room without a window & you can not change your booking once made. The room was just dark. The towels looked old. No one spoke English at reception. The staff at reception were helpful. I ordered a meytuan and they brought the food upstairs when it was delivered.

設施：這家店房間要比以往住過的如家房間大很多，
衞生：不得不説連鎖酒店的衞生是要比那些私人酒店乾淨很多，床品也很好，
環境：酒店位置挺方便的，大廳也挺大，咖啡跟茶水都是免費的而且都很好喝，早餐算是中規中矩，該有的都有，
服務：前台的幾個服務員態度都很好，很熱心的告訴了周邊的飯店商場地鐵站在什麼位置
