Our entire family stayed for a funeral in the area and rented seven rooms. The property needs some serious updating and has significant cleanliness issues. I have over 20 years of experience in facilities management and it’s very evident this property is being operated on a shoestring budget.

Stayed overnight while traveling. Asked if they took veterans or AARP. They said, No. Later in room I found that it was a discount they honored. Went back to desk to ask for the discount. (20% would be $21.00) Man argued then handed me $10. Very little for breakfast, Room was filthy. I sent review to Company. Owner called me next day and says bad staff but declined to make up the military discount. Unresolved. While in lobby another came to desk to complain about dirty room.

I stayed expecting an at least quality night. The room was disgusting. Sheets and blankets stained up. Poo and pee on the toilet. A big hole that was half patched in a non water tight maner, crud and dust all over the room. Discarded chop bags and trash behind the night stand covered in dust like it had never been cleaned. Towels disgusting. Puke stains up and down the hallways. It reakes of curry. I was informed by employees behind the desk that the building was being sold, and that the owner was in Mexico on vacation and that I would be emailed in regards to this situation, only after I showed the employees the pictures I have plus informed them that I am a certified property inspector. I have not been contacted. I want my money back.

The furniture was overly stained, and could have been cleaned. The bed duster had white stuff on it. Toilet wasnt even wiped out, there was a ring of grey where the water level sat inside the bowl. The heater had a terrible smell. It was 40 degrees outside but they had the ac on. Im not sure if it was to hide the smell of the room or what.

SURPRISE - no shower button on tub faucet NOT happy to discover this in the morning. breakfast minimal juice tasted wierd More of a trucker stop than a hotel desk clerk wrote my first name and used middle name as last ????????

"Nice Super 8 right by the tollway , stayed here last year Nice clean hotel, elevator to the upper floor Good basic room ,I was given Room 200 clean and had a good night sleep. Loads of truck stops and eating places here. The Wi-Fi didn't work , could not logon to any sites to checkin for my flight home, ended up having to use my phone as a hotspot. I seem to remember it was working fine last year I stayed here , much be a cheaper internet setup they are using.

First room had bed bugs. The clerk escorted us to view another room. I did not see bed bugs. However, after the clerk left I noticed the room was filthy! from the carpet, to the bathroom. No one vacuumed along the walls. the mattress cover under the sheet was disgustingly dirty. The walls had stuff splattered on it. The coffee maker was not clean either. The pot still had coffee in it. I will add photos. They had surge protectors plugged into another surge protector and it was exposed to any child. Serious danger with this. Nastiest place I have ever been.
