Hotel is zeker niet niet 4* waardig. - Eten is (te) vaak niet warm/koud - erg weinig variatie in het eten - geen lijst met dranken de er zijn - de frisdranken bij All-In zijn alleen Coca Cola en locale 7-up. Geen sinas of iets van light varianten - geen info over de avond animatie - animatie is knullig en zelfs de ingehuurde fakir-show is alles behalve goed. Zelfs na het vuurspugen bij het zwembad is er daarna niets opgeruimd waardoor de volgende ochtend alles nog vol ligt met deze brandbare en stinkende vloeistof. - personeel aan het zwembad is niet echt pro-actief. Behalve Mohammed, die vraagt wat je wil drinken. - op het strand is water, cola, 7-up of bier te krijgen. Verder niets en ook hier laat ‘t personeel te wensen over. Zijn in er vaak niet eens waardoor je zomaar een tijd staat te wachten. - veel locals die een paar nachten in het weekend komen overnachten en een overvloed aan Bulgaren/Roemenen/Russen. De kamers zijn wel netjes en worden dagelijks voorzien van schone handdoeken etc. Ook ziet het hotel er verder netjes uit, het lijkt of je in een park logeert door het vele groen. Dit is niet onze eerste keer in een 4* hotel in Tunesië, maar van alle hotels die we gehad hebben is dit zeker de aller slechtste. Als je All-inclusive geboekt hebt en om de paar dagen elders moet gaan eten omdat het eten niet goed is, zegt dat genoeg. Dit is voor ons een 1 keer en nooit weer

Good :) polecamy ten hotel, wszyscy są sympatyczni i przyjaźni w szczególności Lio jest super ☺️☺️ Dla dzieci są animatorzy cały czas do dyspozycji, na basenie non stop ktoś jest aby dzieci pilnować,muzyka gra od rana do wieczora , wieczorami dyskoteka i dla dzieci i dla dorosłych ❤️❤️

Still currently here on holiday, sadly leaving tomorrow. We swapped hotels as the last one was dreadful and decided to come here. This hotel is everything we wanted. All inclusive, plenty of evening entertainment, excellent staff and a friendly manager. Everyone just wants to make your holiday worthwhile and enjoyable. The entertainment crew get to know you, and are always offering fun activities to do throughout the day with a smile. Full of energy, and dedicated to make your time here enjoyable. Food is varied too and of good quality, I have no issues with it at all. The restaurant is very spaced out which makes you feel comfortable whilst eating as you’re not all crammed in together. Great pool and sun beds, staff wait on you hand and foot with drinks. Only cons I would have are the air conditioning didn’t work, but it’s not the end of the world. Also, WiFi is quite poor unless you’re at the pool, or in the lobby. Loved my time here so far and will happily come again.

Good entertainment throughout the day.Manel, Semo, Leo, Gomez and Becca kept are vey welcoming, very helpful and kept everyone entertained. Rooms are basic and a range of buffet and grill food is was available. Staff are friendly.🥰🥰🥰

I spent a week here with my friend and we had a great experience. Really friendly staff doing activities and encouraging you to get involved. Lots of fun activities like darts, aqua aerobics, step classes, stretching/yoga and water polo. Nice drinks and snacks. Really enjoyable week!

The people here are amazing and so accommodating. The food is also good. The entertainment team especially really do their job well keeping us entertained and helping us out. This amazing team include Simon, Pika, Bilel, Hamdi, Gomez, Leo. I would definitely recommend coming here and I would come back. KITU BOMBAA!!
