Er waren enkele kleine details die gemakkelijk kunnen worden gerepareerd en die dit een betere ervaring zouden hebben gemaakt. Bijvoorbeeld: lift buiten dienst, kapotte deurknop badkamer, geen wifi (0,3 mbps download en alleen bij de receptie), bed had haren van andere mensen, vuile tafellakens in restaurants. Slechte isolatie van de kamer (mensen feesten beneden tot 2 uur 's nachts, veel succes met slapen).

Food can be repetitive but not too bad
Rooms very dated
Wi-Fi needs to be reset throughout the day
Very very loud music every night from either the My Way bar, the new Bistro Ozark or from the pool area. There is no way you can escape from it

Rooms on first floor seem to get WiFi from reception, rooms on upper floors don’t

Could be a lovely hotel but need a refurbishment to the bedrooms and bathroom, very dated
Constant noise from very loud music downstairs til 11 then when that goes off even louder from the club downstairs til 5am

The price was suitable for the quality of service.
The covered swimming pool is a positive point for the hotel.
Many issues in rooms: hair draier is not available, TV remote control also, covers are not clean , ...

The place is good the street are good but the buffet is so bad rice everyday in lunch and dinner i stayed 4 nights and all of them was rice the priciple plate so bad food
