We had a very bad experience with this hotel. When we arrived we asked the staff at front desk about car parking and we were told that there was no parking space and we had to go looking for an off street parking ourselves. We had a long time driving and this was the first time to Halifax and everything was new to us. How could we handle this issue? However, the staff seemed it was not a big issue and even not willing to give any more details about off street parking. I couldn't believe this thing happen at such a luxury hotel. We really don't recommend this hotel and will never come back again.

One night stay in two rooms with family. Service was very good, and the location was excellent. The only thing that made it tough was out of control of hotel is massive construction activity next door which makes it impossible to sleep in or enjoy balcony in the daytime.

Room was comfortable. Parking available close. It was within walking distance of where we dined. View was obstructed by privacy fence. Only issue with the room was inability to comfort flow of air outside of keeping balcony door open half way throught the night. Not my choice given balcony was on a huge landing on the 3rd floor connected to other balconies. .

Fantastic service. Ashley was just amazing, so helpful and efficient. It’s a wonderful location, the room clean, comfortable and well appointed. I’ll go back soon. Really pleased with all aspects.

The parkade is not available during our visit. We had to look for free street parking, we thought that’s the only issue we’d experience but no.
The television isn’t connected to the internet, no access to netflix and YouTube, very limited channels. Maintenance guy checked and we were told front desk will contact, but nothing to resolve the issue.
It’s like entering the hotel and you’re on your own type of thing.
Lastly air condition seems on and off, you’ll feel it working after an hour or so I guess then it would stop then on and off again.

Needs a renovation. Curtains didn't close. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Otherwise it was fine for a night.
