Very bad service provided by hotel the room was very small and small bed not even comfortable at all and they charged extra for water it's disgusting.

Worst experience. Booked largest room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) basis the description given but it turned out that room is unfit for stay of 4 people. There is no place to keep extra bed in this "largest" room. Room intercom phone is not working. The only good thing is quality of food.

The location was in main city and room was also near and clean the staff was good. Looking forward to stay in the hotel

U won't be disappointed in giving it a try, everything about this hotel is excellent. The rooms are good. The staff is cooperative and plus it is budget friendly. Delicious food.

I was on solo trip to haldwani and took stay at silver place hotel for a night. The stay was comfortable. No disturbance. Behaviour is good.

I had ordered butter chicken, a popular and flavorful dish. However, to my dismay, I received something completely different that not only failed to resemble butter chicken but also lacked taste. This mix-up was quite frustrating, as I was eagerly anticipating a delicious meal. Although I cannot speak for the hotel's overall amenities and services, the disappointing food experience did impact my overall perception of the establishment. While the hotel may have other redeeming qualities, it is essential for them to address the quality and accuracy of their food offerings to ensure guest satisfaction. Overall, based on my experience, I would rate this hotel three stars. The subpar food, coupled with the incorrect order, diminished what could have been a more enjoyable stay. I hope the management takes these concerns into consideration and makes improvements to enhance the dining experience for future guests.

Location was good food was great helpful staff
the only concern i had was with contact number. The contact number of hotel staff is not reachable, so it's hard to contact the hotel staff before your check in. Please review the available contact number of hotel staff.
