Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained, the one issue is that it’s not well marked on Google map as it keeps pointing to the restaurant which was not opened and gave us a false alarm. Wifi is not the fastest and does not handle multiple devices that well especially when you are trying to work. There was some confusion when booked via Trip as the contact information was somehow truncated so hotel was unable to contact me without going through Trip thus messages were delayed. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and everyone had a great time…

From the moment we arrived, the genuine warmth and eagerness to assist made our stay truly memorable. Whether it was offering local insights, promptly addressing requests, or going the extra mile to ensure comfort, her exceptional service exceeded our expectations. 不允許取消訂單，差評。
木屋條件太一般，宣傳照片很美麗，實際空間太小，狹窄，入口多一個人都無法轉身；無洗澡和温泉；距離雪場2公里，太遠，早上的免費bus人太多，根本擠不上去，不會再預訂。

The bed was comfortable, the whole place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop to the snow resorts was right outside which was so handy. And having 7-11 nearby was handy. I was able to cook in the shared kitchen which I was happy to be able to do.

The staff of the hotel is kind to offer us a ride to the hotel as we got here late due to some train delays when there is no bus available. She also introduced the environment and facilities to us and make us feel welcomed. Highly recommended.

舒服的厚重棉被，交誼廳冰箱/微波爐及熱水俱全（提供沖泡咖啡） 鄰近白馬最近的7-11非常方便！ 門口即是shuttle bus，雪具/裝備間使用方便，推薦來白馬滑雪時長住！ 管家友善/時常即時回覆訊息，協助解決問題！

年末連泊で、流星花園の方にお邪魔になりました。疲れたからだを癒されて、旅の一息とする雰囲気が持っていると思います。ゲストハウス内他国の方と交流できるし、楽しい時間を過ごしました。台湾人、香港人、中国大陸人、たまにスイス人も会えまして、みんなとスキーの話題で盛り上がりました。初心者の私にアダバイスもいただき本当に感謝しています。 管理者さんもとっても親切で、周りの情報を教えていただき、いっぱい勉強になりましたね。 次の雪の時期もまたお訪れます。

家族で初めて利用しましたがとても良かったです。 子供はゆったりできるソファーと大きなスクーリーンが気に入っていました。 全体的にとても清潔で、設備が整っていて快適に過ごせました。 また利用したいと思います。
