The service was really good, staff were friendly. The condition of the place was fair but was quite convenient to access the town’s highlights!

Very nice, clean and warm hotel. The lady host was super super nice and helpful. She supported everything we need. The manager provided information about the showcase schedule of the Snow Town and helped us booking bus tickets as well as other tour information. Staffs were friendly as well. The hotel is located at quite corner, suitable to rest and sleep well. Definitely stay at this hotel again if I have a chance go back to Xuexiang

設施：雪鄉這邊的看了幾家都差不多，這家看着比較新，暖氣點贊不會太熱，温度剛剛好，
衞生：還是不錯的挺乾淨的，雖然沒有乾濕分離，洗澡也會提醒水可能不夠，要注意時間
環境：在雪韻大街後半段，進來有段距離，帶了長者孩子的還是叫個拉行李的好，不夠也勝在安靜
服務：不錯，一樓的餐廳性價比也可以，沒有傳説中的天價菜什麼的，味道也不錯

特別感謝老闆給我們免費升級成家庭房，廣敞明亮，早上還能曬到太陽，酒店位於雪韻大街裏面，房間裏開窗就可以玩雪，好方便，老闆還免費提供了夾鴨子雪人的玩具夾，孩子們玩得好開心，熱情服務和親切的態度讓我們在外過年的心暖暖的，熱水器是電加熱的，洗完一個等它温度上來再接着洗完全沒問題，房間也特別温暖

我們一晚訂的是1473元，無窗房，老闆人很好，免費幫我們升級成有窗房。
但整個房間的設計很不貼心，也不合理：
1：全身鏡上是掛衣的，外套掛上後，完全照不了鏡子。
2：訂房平台上顯示是2019新的房，但廁所的淋浴是不能移動的那種，非常不好用，且是電熱式的，這麼冷的天，一定會想多沖一點熱水，也很不夠用。
3：且毛巾架的位置在淋浴的旁邊！很不貼心。
4：供暖是中央供暖，無法調整溫度，我們房間比走廊的溫度還要低。
5：另外廁所提供的紙，很難撕，非常小一捲，且放在淋浴的下方旁邊一點點，也很不合理。
6：地理位置，也非常遠，不值這個價格，要是沒有小紅志願者，拖著行李，會走到懷疑人生。
以上是真心的建議，希望能改盡，這樣的房間在外面頂多3.4百元，了不起500，理解雪鄉是景區，就算二倍1000元好了，但我們付了1473元！真的真的非常不值得，請入住的人三思。

酒店位置在雪鄉那條街裏 雪鄉玩了一天晚上和家裡人看上西遊記了哈哈哈 這個酒店住的很舒服 炕很温暖 隔音效果晚上很不錯 幾乎沒什麼噪音 早上有早餐 是簡食 雞蛋粥什麼的 可以拿券換一個盒裝牛奶 而且店家的服務態度也很好 環境也衞生乾淨 五星好評！祝店家生意興隆！

雪鄉里的房間都比較貴可以理解。整體來説環境還可以，暖氣很充足，離雪韻大街很近，早餐比較簡單，就是家常粥和鹹菜饅頭雞蛋
