We had to come last minute from another hotel that was dirty. We have stayed with orange hotel before and we loved it . This time though the room was very very small. There was a smell in the room that “ me with allergies “ I couldn’t sleep properly . It smelled like mold or humidity not like the previous time we stayed . Because we came late at night I did not take the time to ask to change to a better room. Overall ok but I was bummed by the mold smell and size of the room .

Best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. Upon checking in staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was immaculate after service, clothes even neatly folded. Towels and bed sheets seemed brand new! Great stay, would highly recommend.

Great hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the breakfast that is available in the morning and also the access to clothing washer and dryer. Would stay there again.

每次來海口辦事基本都住這家酒店，位置很好，鬧中取靜，離萬象城走幾分鐘。這次因為其他房型滿了就定了榻榻米房間，第一次住這個房型感受也不錯，床特別大，空調很強勁，房間位置也挺安靜。大堂員工何伯特別熱情，幫忙拿行李、指引，點贊！早餐味道也非常好！
提個小建議：現在天氣熱了被子可能厚了點，蓋着有點熱；但如果把空調開太低房間就很冷，不蓋被子的時候會覺得涼。😂也側面説明瞭整體設施品質都很到位。

來海口第一次住這家桔子，店裡的服務還是不錯的！前台的態度特別的好，都充滿笑容態度也不錯。特別是我房卡沒帶，馬上幫我又辦了張速度非常的好。以後就選這家了
