We came for the hot springs and were impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. They arranged a late checkout when my friend’s flight was delayed, as well as gave us complimentary soup and fruit. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve had of the three resorts I’ve stayed at in Hainan. Really a wonderful experience! The clove and Janine pools are a must, as well as the cold mint pool. Hope the African and Middle East pool sections are open next time I visit to be able to try all the “continents”.

Amazing hotel ! ❤️ excellent service , wonderful people, beautiful territory with volcanic hot springs and swimming pools. Thank you Beth , a young lady on the reception for helping us to handle all issues and requests during our stay. We also discovered a nice souvenir on the table , what a lovely touch for a good memory. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friend and family members, in love. My mom loves it so much too, thank you.

Perfect stay. Helpful staff, lots of shopping and Movie Town. Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfasts. The pools we’re glorious. Another lovely stay.

Stayed here with my partner for a last-minute getaway for NYE. Fireworks were superb, as was breakfast. Had an amazing massage at the spa, and the indoor pool was great. Golfed Course 6 (Meadow Links) which was fantastic.

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service
They do need some staff with knowledge of English.
The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night.

This place is amazing! Check- in was quick and easy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Mary was extremely nice and made this experience extra special. The room was upgraded and we loved how spacious it was. The view was beautiful. The pool was awesome too.
