Four Points by Sheraton Haikou International Airport Hotel

The room was super clean and neat, felt really safe and comfortable staying here. Sent a quick request to the front desk and the staff showed up in no time with excellent service! Breakfast had so many options and tasted great. The location is also awesome—lots of local food spots just across the street, very convenient for grabbing a late-night bite. It was a wonderful stay overall, and I will definitely come back next time!

Great stayed overall satisfied. The breakfast selection and quality could be elevated to better match the rest of the hotel experience. Addressing this point would greatly improve the overall guest comfort.

The room is clean and tidy, and free airport transfer service is provided. It's excellent.

Room is clean and sufficiently spacious for 2 persons. There is a supermarket within walking distance. There is even shuttle bus to and fro the airport.

The room is clean however there is cigarette smell on the first day which was a Sunday. Probably a large group of heavy smokers were staying there over the weekend because the corridor and the lift waiting area felt stuffy. However the next day the cigarette smell were gone and the air is a lot fresher. The hotel provide free shuttle bus service to the airport. The hotel staff are friendly.

We had a 22-hour flight stopover, so booked this hotel - a 5-10 minute drive from the airport. It was the hot summer season (offpeak) so the hotel was quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A nice big room, breakfast included, exactly what we wanted. Downsides are minor - the aircon in the room had a little trouble coping with the heat, but it cooled down the room eventually. The light switches are also very odd - a master switch which kills all the lights, including the bathroom. Not ideal when you wake up at 3am and cannot turn on the bathroom light... Other than that, thoroughly recommended!

The reception staff were very welcoming and they even upgraded the room for us. The room was spacious with a lot of plug spots which I loved. The airport shuttle was on time the next morning. Highly recommend if you're flying the next day early since it's like 10 min away from the airport.

We were told that the hotel is convenient for the airport. Quite frankly, that is at best, a misrepresentation or at worse a lie. The hotel is 3 star in the west , 4 or 5 star in the prc. The room is comfortable, the staff are amiable.
