很新的一家酒店配置也是很頂的，要不是回去工作，還會接着住！

用了這麼多次攜程，基本上不給差評，酒店方面環境什麼都還行，但是索要發票，你想都別想，根本不理你，體驗特差，讓加一個人後續給電子發票，發訊息不回打門店電話接了説回訊息，也不回，找了攜程客服他們溝通了也不回。消費獲取發票是商家應該提供的服務，為啥變得這樣難以溝通

連續住了一個多禮拜，出門的時候也説了續住，還讓啊姨打掃房間，第二天中午打電話直接叫我們搬出去，這個房間已經訂出去了，首先客人還沒退房，其次至少要打電話跟客户溝通問一下，就這麼簡單的問題，三四個工作人員反覆四五趟都處理不好，一點都不會變通，最關鍵的是，工作人員態度是真差，住店從來都不寫評論，這次是真來火

服務差勁，沙發上的抱枕都變色了，問點什麼就不耐煩，沒説兩句就掛電話，去前台找都不管，找管理也説不在，要錢的時候積極，10點就打電話問你還住不住，沒接電話就過來敲門，説了續住，到了1點説我沒下單，就説讓我搬出去，房間已經被別人訂了，3080的顯卡，居然讓我玩個遊戲卡的不行太逗了，不建議入住，已踩坑

首先該酒店房間隔音效果特別差，外面的吵鬧聲晚上根本睡不着覺，其次該酒店衞生環境特別差，到處都是臟兮兮的，床單上佈滿污漬，根本不能睡，最後是該酒店價格特別高且服務態度一點都不好，客服不管房間的問題，不推薦大家入住。

我對這家酒店真無語啊？隔壁門打不開，前台大早上敲我們的門，叫我們開開門給她翻窗開門，我們回覆不方便，就一直哪裡敲門，感覺腦袋瓜子有問題一樣，門開不了叫開鎖的啊，打擾人家隔壁幹嘛，他花錢我們花錢一樣，

第一天入住晚上停電，停了幾個小時！房間隔音特別不好一直有桌椅挪動的聲音，基本從中午持續到後半夜一兩點鐘，非常討厭！提前打過電話問能不能延遲退房，當時説30一小時能接受，結果退房當天前台打電話説週末不給延遲退房，在強烈堅持下還是延遲退房了兩小時，反正態度不太好！體驗很差！
