HOTEL LiVEMAX Hachioji Ekimae

酒店前台服務員很熱情，雖然房間小，但衞生間超級乾淨，出門沒多遠就有商店，酒店也有洗衣機！

很臟很臟很臟，睡覺都沒法把手搭在被子上，生怕沾到被子上的各種嘎巴和噁心的痕跡，第一個房間地上和被子上還有血跡，很無語，換了個房間，結果被子上有個棕褐色的大印記，上面還有結的嘎嘣，巨噁心。第一個房間的枕頭上還有上一個客人的長頭髮，無語。還好攜程客服給力，退了錢，感謝客服感謝攜程，給攜程五星好評，這個酒店我真的想打0分，而且價錢跟旁邊的京王大酒店居然一個價格？？？這是我最無語的 要是兩三百一晚上那個環境也就忍了 周圍啥都沒有房間又小又臟，價格和八王子最好的酒店一個價格？如果有人要來八王子住的話還是提前訂京王吧。價格和實物非常不符，房間也就廁所是乾淨衞生的，睡覺的地方是真的臟，這季節蓋了一晚上單子，被子都外露在外面，臟的那樣兒就給客人展示，這麼多連鎖店呢也不差錢就捨不得給被子弄個大被罩，不理解。大家看到預覽圖這種被子一半露在外面的謹慎吧。

The place was easy to find. They rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. Definitely a place to stay at if you're looking for afforble comfort near the station.

Nice hotel! Especially the room service

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

livemax hotel is highly recommendable the room is very cozy the shower and toilet has huge space and very clean!! but i hope the price will be more friendly specially to 1night stay only!!

They didn't clean my room for 3 straight days. I now checked in another hotel.
